Let’s talk lead magnets. When was the last time you felt confident about yours? Is it converting into revenue & relationships? If your lead magnet has fallen flat here’s some steps to take to ensure your freebie can gain new life & live on for years.
This one is deep, buckle up. In this solo episode I dive into the one thing I deeply regret, how I’m shifting things to change it, and how things have changed in our world.
Q2 is here & it’s time to audit our lives. Let’s talk Holy shift, Non-negotiables, offers, and catch up on post-spring break happenings.
This week on the Exponential Life Podcast we get to chat with Noelle Fowler, a Holistic Declutter Coach who helps busy women simplify their lives to make room for what matters most. Her simple, practical, and sustainable approach to decluttering is meant to fold into the rhythms of our everyday lives. Because no one wants to spend their whole weekend decluttering just for the piles to come back. She runs a membership that equips women to simplify & curate a home they love and that works for their current season of life.
Noelle is a student of mine who is launching her membership TODAY!
On this episode we discuss her background, her choice to hire a membership mentor, and she walks us through some incredible topics...
Our stuff costs more than what we paid for it.
The Stories we tell ourselves about our stuff. Ex. “I can’t get rid of this, I spent too much money on it"
Letting go makes room for what matters most (ex. Our relationships, health, giving back)
We end the episode with an invitation to a freebie she's created to help you get started. You can find Noelle on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/makeroomtobreathe/
Where the link in her bio has both the freebie + details about her new Making Room Membership.
Let's Talk Tiktok Culture, Virality, Creator vs. Influencer & a wholeeee lot more from the eyes of a business owner, coach & community founder who sees more value in building relationships that getting views.
Remember that awesome resource you created to help people kickstart their transformation? It's super valuable, but You were going to trade it for their email address, so you can connect with them in a space you own (your newsletter) and build relationships there. I'm going to use both phrases "freebie & lead magnet" interchangeably so I just want to put that out there up front!I've told you before how I initially built my business in a very reactive way. I knew lead magnets were great, but I never "needed" one because business was flowing at a rate even I could not keep up with. Then after a few years, I kicked myself for not having built an email list.it wasn't until 5 years into my business that I finally decided to release my first lead magnet— and it happens to be the one I'm still using 3 years later. It's been updated, but it works & there's no need to fix something that isn't broken. I wasn't slacking on releasing a lead magnet because of anything serious. I had the technology, but I wasn’t using it. I realized switching to a simple system that was aesthetically pleasing made the difference for me. I had previously used Convert Kit and Kajabi, and have used Flodesk since I launched my freebie. I'll link a 50% off code for flodesk in the show notes, because you should never pay full price if you don't have to!If your freebie/lead magnet is collecting dust instead of growing, here’s how you can get it back out there working hard for you.
Re-launch it. No matter how long it’s been, create a post you can pin and keep sharing that announces and outlines the lead magnet & the transformation it provides.
Keep talking about it. I teach my students to call their audience to action twice per week in stories and re-share their reels that point back to the lead magnet regularly. 3. treat it like an offer, because it is. This is step 1 in your offer suite. You should be marketing it as such. Work this into your regular marketing strategy & run it up the content tree like you would any of your paid offers. This is the offer you want as much visibility on as possible. Pulse check: So where are you at with all this? Would you say you market your freebie regularly & it’s converting well? Or does it need some love? If not, we can always do an audit!

What is an Exponential Content Strategy?
Exponential Content Strategy is Creating content that gets you the most bang for your buck, outlasts the scroll, and gets as much visibility as possible.
Inside the Anti-Social Marketing Medhod I teach about the "Content Tree" and getting your content into spaces you own, rent, and borrow. Start with one idea & get the most out of it by repurposing it on many platforms via the content tree.
Listen in for an example of how you (or your VA/Community Manager) can use this strategy to get the most visibility out of one piece of content.

Breaking down the concept of hold fast, live slow & what I want my soft girl (anti-hustle) era to look & feel like.
When was the last time you audited how you really spend your time? Especially as entrepreneurs, our time is our most valuable asset. We want to spend it wisely, charge wisely for it, and keep as much of it as we can. In this episode we dive into the difference between non-negotiable calendar items and the things you have to do. Bex Beltran is a journal creator, resistance coach, and artist. She starts each day by writing in her journal and it’s the best part of her day. She didn’t always journal daily though. So now, she is a journaling super-fan and loves to spread the journaling word! Journaling offers so many benefits so she loves to show people how and why to journal to improve life and solve problems. She believes the reason we don’t have what we want in life is because of our own resistance. She helps people notice resistance that holds you back, and drop it so you can have the life (or journaling practice) you want. Bex lives in Arizona and loves coffee, dancing and colorful pens and markers. Sam & Bex also chat about the process of using Amazon KDP to publish your own books on demand.

What happens to your time investment // income / time freedom when you create a membership?
Let me map it out for you ⬇️
⏰ In the beginning, you'll spend the most time on building your membership, while $$ and time freedom are at their lowest, since you've yet to launch.
💪 In Pre-Launch Income + Time freedom will
Increase, while your time investment decreases slightly but you're still definitely in work mode.
🚀 Your Launch is the big event! The time you're spending In your memberships Is at an all time high during your FC, but this is also where you see your Income increase to a really nice baseline
🎉 Post- FC the time you're spending IN your membership decreases greatly, because you now have membership large enough to produce testimonials and referrals
🙌🏼Once you get into year 2+ Your Time spent on your membership is at an all time low, and It will stay low & steady. Your membership is forever growing, your Income is growing and your time freedom is at an all time high. 😏
Exponential income is now a forever strategy in your biz &=
If you could create your perfect graph that includes the time you work, your income, and your time freedom-what would it look like? Are you ready for a shift?
EIA starts in T-5 days. Should we count you in?
