Coming from a family involved with real estate, Jessie at an early age knew already that real estate appreciates and builds wealth over time. After getting kicked out, he managed to find his first deal through his roommate’s parents who offered seller financing.
Now, Jessie and his wife Isabel are continually scaling their real estate portfolio of 17 doors in Northern California consisting of duplexes and triplexes; all currently long term rentals. He shares how they rehab properties for less and scale faster through BRRRR strategy.

Scott has two decades of active real estate investing experience and knowledge, ranging from single-family homes and duplexes, to multi-family apartment buildings, and a medical/professional office building. What is Cost Segregation? A Cost Segregation Study allows you to accelerate depreciation by identifying and depreciating certain assets in a much shorter time frame. This gives you a decreased current tax liability so that you can take advantage of the additional income to put in your pocket or put back into your business for exponential returns in the future!
Bill does a great job explaining this strategy without putting everyone to sleep! He uses real life examples and scenarios to illustrate just how this tax benefit works. By the end, you’ll be kicking yourself for not learning about this strategy (that many CPAs overlook!) sooner!

She shares the red flags to look out for when vetting a sponsor/General Partner to invest with (20/20 hindsight!). But suffering a loss didn’t stop her! If anything it inspired her. She went on to educate herself and took on her first deal as a General Partner (GP) where she was able to pay her investors a 10% return every quarter!
