KEN GORDON speaks on the responsibility of men during and after divorce, the power of a father's love for his children, and the importance of the engagement of a father. Ken is an advocate for men and an advocate for fathers. Ken calls on men to lean into their responsibilities and proactively banish the narratives of a "dead beat dad".
Ken also speaks to the power of positive relationships, whether they are familial, intimate, or spiritual.

Very grateful and excited for our next guest, Co-Author of the book "Milestone to Manhood".
Making the leap from boyhood to manhood is the most important transition that your son will make. His happiness, self-confidence, and future marriage all depend on successfully navigating his teenage years. As fathers, we can either sit by as our sons stumble over their own mistakes, or we can lovingly share our experiences with them to help them build lives of purpose and meaning.ā
For that reason, Steven's family has celebrated a special birthday weekend to welcome their thirteen-year-old boys into manhood. They have held these celebrations to make it clear to them the exact moment that they became a man so they didnāt have to go through their teens and twenties wondering when manhood would finally ākick in.ā
They called this weekend their Rite of Passage.
Steven Arms experienced one of these Rite of Passage weekends when he turned thirteen, and now he wants to share it with other families as well. He will give a firsthand account of his ROP weekend, explain the rituals behind the event, and give fathers the tools needed to organize a Rite of Passage for their own sons.

Today, those tools, techniques, and strategies initially created to help his Gen Zer thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution are educational and life development staples for students and parents of all ages and organizations worldwide.

Roman is a 1st generation immigrant from Ukraine. He arrived in the US with 6 other family members to a 2 bedroom apartment.
Roman interned with the Secret Service and held a top secret government clearance. He was forced to become a self taught digital marketer as a result of the 2008 recession.
He founded Nova Zora Digital in 2012 and is the host of the Digital Savage Experience Podcast.
He is a foster parent and has had 29 kids in his home since June 2018. He became a foster parent by going through 6 miscarriages with his wife in 3 years, 2 of which happened on Christmas Days.
With death, loss, and hardships Roman and his wife have learned to push through no matter what and have become a blessing to so many.

Shout out to Eloy Rodriguez for making the time to share his fatherhood perspective and experience on our channel.
In this episode, we talk to Eloy about the life threatening heart condition that his first-born son endured and how he and his wife Lexy overcame the immediate struggles their family faced. Fatherhood is not an easy journey and, in a situation like this, many of us might not see ourselves as having the strength to get through.
Eloy's story about his faith in God and his wife's demonstration of faith through these tough times is nothing less than an inspiration to all of us (huge shoutout to Lexy Rodriguez for her strength as a mother!).
Eloy is now a father of 4 amazing kids including a step-son that he is extremely proud of as well as a dedicated husband.

What's up family!
In this week's S.O.L.O. Segment we Speak Out Loud Over the benefit of being selfish and selfless as a father, father-figure, or as someone who fills the fatherhood role. What does that look like for you?
Simply put, it means that we need to do our best as FATHERS and FATHER FIGURES to put ourselves first.
Applying focus to our mental health and making an effort to do those things that foster positive emotions in us should be a priority at the beginning of every new day.
WHY THOUGH?
We NEED to do this in order to give our BEST selves over to our children, our wives/significant others, our families, friends, and etc.
Make sure your light shines first so that you can spread and share that light with others, especially the ones you love.
"In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven"- Matthew 5:16 (NIV)
