Exponential growth requires reframing.
The things that brought you to the current moment will keep you there.
Routine is the stacking of habits that compound and that’s all important and great but if you continue to show up the same way everyday you’ll get growth but it will be liniear growth. There won’t be a transformation.
If you want exponential growth you must be willing to do more. Reinvent yourself.
What you’re doing and what you’ve done is all great, you’ve mastered skills. It’s time to stack new and ehanced versions of yourself.
Let’s 10X ourselves this year.
Viewing yourself through someone else's eyes can be a common experience, as humans naturally seek social validation and often care about what others think of them. However, it's also important to prioritize your own well-being and self-esteem

It's been a minute! Some Saturday INSPO and more exciting things to come for this podcast!
The longest episode I have ever done and I am glad I did. I learned new things about my dad in this and I also enjoy listening to him tell stories. You will see for yourself. It is a 2 hour episode the first half is my dad, Bill Tolli recounting his timeline of baseball from youth to play for the Oakland A's in the minor leagues.
It's cool to do this and I highly recommend sitting down with your parents, family, loved one and recording an interview to have forever.
This is for my moms, the ones who ask how do you stop chasing the old and accept the new.
Body image is always a sensitive topic and I hope this helps some of you!
Speaking on motherhood and losing ourselves. This can be relatable for anyone experiencing a huge life change.
Remember that identity is never fixed.
Try to remember that everyone constantly changing throughout their lives. You’re probably not the same person as you were 5 years ago and you probably won’t be the same person in 5 years from now.
We live in a world where everyone is always comparing what they have against another and we are losing the value of the little things AND our ability to be grateful. If you can't find joy in a cup of coffee, you won't find it in a yacht.
It's the little things that hold the value .
"If there's time, then there is time to turn things around. "-
You can do anything you want in this life, start with finding the small things to be grateful for and build on that. Make choices for you, live life intentionally. The worst mistake we can make is thinking we have more time, the time you have is NOW, this moment. How will you choose to live it today?
Self love and forgiveness they go hand in hand. You see in order to love yourself you need to release the guilt and shame you’re carrying around first. This way you can establish a healthy loving routine that that you can effectively carry out each day.
Stay tuned for my mentorship program I am releasing soon for Entrepreneurs.

Sharing grief is never an easy topic and as you navigate I hope you find comfort in knowing you aren't alone. We are with you.
The first hour is our conversation and the last 30 is the reading portion if you're not aligned you don't need to tune into that. Feel free to end the episode at that section, however, it was beautiful. <3

Are you stalling your life waiting on the “sign” instead of trusting the knowing already within you that is the sign.
Spoken Poetry is such an art. My friend Danielle and I were chatting this week about her work and I was inspired to write myself. This morning it just flowed naturally for me as I had a lot of emotion on my heart. Sharing this is vulnerable for me, even though I share so much, so often. I think perhaps it's because it's out of my comfort zone and I am am hopeful that it will inspire you too. Healing takes time and sharing my journey through grief and my miscarriage has been therapeutic.
How many times in your life or your business have you hit. A road block? Been frustrated and wanted to just quit.
And right when you're about to. Just when you think you can't take one more minute of where you're at - the door opens. Movements happens and you're on your way.
“Looking back and understanding what you might have done differently is a source of strength, awareness is a currency of sorts. But being sorry for yesterday and dwelling on the days gone by, that is a waste of time. “ _ EP.
Your habits create your routine, which in turn is your self discipline. What actions are you prioritizing daily?
Don’t focus on being busy. Focus on being productive. Allow what matters most to drive your day.
See things for what they are. This is happening FOR you, was the best perspective I grasped. We often feel that things happen to US and wouldn’t it be a better perspective to switch your mind to why is this happening for me, what can I learn? How can i grow? Even in the discomfort and the upset, there are things to learn and ways to grow. Some seasons of our lives may seem like non stop obstacles, that is life allowing you to plant your seed. I love the quote “ sometimes when you’re in a dark place you think you’ve been buried, but actually you’ve been planted”
Oceans plays on my google speaker and I cry.
Spirit lead me where my trust is without border, let me walk upon the water, wherever you would call me
I know you’re here.
I feel your presence.
I know you show me that you’re by our sides.
Each day varies. I can feel so much joy and little sadness or immense sadness and little joy. Talking about it helps. Being open about it helps. Singing helps. Crying out. Asking for Jesus to heal my broken heart.
I know that I am meant to be that light, to shine brightly and I have been. I also know that my purpose is even greater now, it has a new layer that I will overcome and share how I have done that, that will inspire others. Your story is the playbook for others to read. AND I think it’s important to know that your story, your healing takes time and it can’t be rushed for anyone.
What you focus on, grows.
If you’re focusing on someone else’s life, you’re not working on your own.
If you’re focusing on negativity, you’re generating more negativity in your life.
If you’re not showing up authentically and expecting others to follow you, you’re not leading.
It’s not about what anyone else is doing, it’s about what you’re doing. How are you staying focused? How you’re showing up intentionally daily to give your best so you can get one step closer to your goals?
What are you focused on? Ask yourself.
Is the drama turned up or is your frequency?
What we want for ourselves doesn’t just come about with a hope and a prayer. It’s the discipline we put in, it’s the honor in which we show up with and it’s the intentions we set and the actions we take.
Whatever the goal. Whatever the aspect of life, be it fitness, work, business , love , relationships- it all starts with how you are generating your energy.
Energy is a magnetic source. Be mindful of how you’re stepping out and showing up in the world.
“this could be the greatest year of your life, your dream year, but you have to win the day. That’s how you win the week, win the month, win the year. NO one achieves his or her dream without daily disciplines”
It's the handful of things daily, that will compound over time. Trusting in the unknown and knowing that what you're disciplined in will bring you to your goal.
We tend to avoid situations where the odds are against us, but when we do, we rob God of the opportunity to do something supernatural.
Morning message inspired by the readings in Chase The Lion, highly recommend reading. Also, I apologize in advance for the moments of poor sound quality, I was inspired and outside without my mic. Nonetheless, a great message.
GROWTH UNSEEN, just because you don't see it happening right away doesn't mean something isn't developing.
What holds you back from going after the things you want?! Is it fear or is it complacency.
It's time to "chase the lion" in your life. Time is not to be wasted. How are you showing up intentionally?
I wanted to record an episode before Riley woke up today, that did not happen. Toddler life lol. So, here we are she wanted to use my mic. A little morning love from my doodle, enjoy!
“There is no such thing as a work- life balance. The balance has to be within you”
Asking yourself today if your routine is consistent and in alignment with your desired outcomes.
Is your cup full?
Some poolside thoughts to share! Love is the most important of all. Prioritizing your love, your relationships and disconnecting for the reconnect!
No reaction is often the best one. Don't allow the weight of someone else's actions or words to control you.
Moments of conflict or discomfort often there is a deeper lesson and also a chance for us to stop, self reflect and see if the problem is telling us something more about ourselves. Perhaps taking an objective view and really seeing both sides and then asking yourself how you can grow from it.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. Thomas Edison
There is no passion to be found in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living. Nelson Mandela
Sometimes it takes the courage to step out of where you are and into the unknown to become who you were meant to be. Start living more intentionally and going after the MORE you are worthy of.
Show up as your authentic self daily and make your impact. We can't control what, we can control what becomes.
So I challenge you to ask yourself today what is your story you’ve been writing and are you the narrator or are you only the character?
Greatness is not a miracle - it’s your opportunity to give more of yourself to get more out of life. That is the answer - difficulty.
There is power in our mistakes and it comes from the growth of getting back up again. From overcoming adversity and not allowing it to stop your potential.
I felt it was important to follow up this mornings podcast episode with a lathe featuring Katie Parent. I do gentle parent. I am intentional with Riley and very aware of how I am with her. In order to help her feel safe, loved and validated. After to episode release Katie and I spoke on how I was feeling and shared in this episode more. AND we will be recording a deeper dive into this topic!
Disclaimer on this episode* I am not knocking gentle parenting or saying I don’t do it, I do. I am saying that I too, snap. And after a month of being tried daily by Riley, I snapped last night. I yelled and lost my cool. Sometimes it’s hard to always have it all together.
It’s hard AF. My perspective and I respect gentle parenting approaches.
At the end of the day, parenting is two people getting to know one another.

In this episode we chat around the question asked " how can I find my self worth after many time of being hurt", dive in and let us know what you think.
Small steps daily. Single step. If you move, you will continue to keep moving. If you stand still, that is where you will stay. So you choose, move or stay. Evolve or remain.
All the little things are the big things. So when presented with a task that seems silly, or small or unnecessary stop and ask yourself NOT “is this worth it” ask yourself are you worth it? You are.

Inspired from my own journaling with an experience I had this week. I gained a perspective switch rather quickly when I was expressing my feelings, I found that if I could leave from love the anger would dissipate.
I am excited to share this episode with you all, this is my very best friend Katie Parent owner and creator of Strengthen The Soul. In this episode we chatted about all things healing, therapy, self love and more! And we shared a good cry, got to love being candid and vulnerable! “My primary relationship is with myself – all others are mirrors of it. As I learn to love myself, I automatically receive the love and appreciation that I desire from others. If I am committed to myself and to living my truth, I will attract others with equal commitment.”~Shakti Gawain
If you wait for the perfect moment, you’ll be waiting all your life.
And if something scares you, it is most likely the very thing you need the most. Don't avoid it. Growth is uncomfortable until it’s not. Life is not always easy, until it is. Because you’ve given yourself the strength to stand up when you fall. Because you’ve given yourself the confidence to step into the unknown and explore it, take a chance without fear of failure. Knowing failure is simply a lesson to learn so you can do it again.
We are constantly seeking that “sign” that thing to tell us this is it, do it, go forward, try this path and YET the very notion of seeking at all is in-fact the sign!
"TRUE manifesting isn’t even about getting what we think we want, it’s about receiving what is the highest good for all. Controlling an outcome to get just what you want, isn’t a goal. manifesting is the creative process of aligning with the energy of the universe to co create an experience that elevates your sprit and spirt of the world."- Gabrielle Bernstein
We wait for the new year to start to wipe the slate clean but everyday is a new day which in turn resets the clock for your “year “ - Bc you decide today that it’s the first day you’re taking action for change. You don’t need a holiday to signify it - you need you to declare it whenever any given day.
The clock resets and you get to choose
So set intentions
Write down the goals
And take action -
You can’t sit and wait hoping for a change to come if you’re not applying effort for your growth in life.
You can’t be both flawless and live your life, life comes with wear and tear. The value is the experience. Flawless existence is void of stories and adventure.
Eddie Pinero
Break your negative self talk. Think of your mind/body/soul as the walls and if they could talk about what you think and say about yourself, what would they say?
There are 1,440 minutes in each day. What we do with those minutes, matter. The energy you put out is the energy you will receive. Be the domino that makes a change by creating momentum of energy in others lives. It is the small acts that make the largest impact.
We are not defined by our bad days, they shape up but we are not defined by them. Hold your vision, trust the process.
It is time to harness your will to create the life you want for yourself. Stop identifying with the past, the hurt, the things people say of you that you don’t even know or trust and love. Stop trying to be something or someone you aren’t, be who you are. Be better, stronger and happier by being who YOU are.
“If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day,″ he said. “It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task, and another, and another. And by the end of the day that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed.” Are you willing to do what it takes to make that 1mm switch?
Instead of sitting in your lows digging yourself lower, look up and see the possibilities. If this is rock bottom, then the good news is you can only go up. It’s how you’re going to get there, one step at a time. One climb at a time. You can’t quit because life got hard, if life got hard that is good news. It means you’re living and life IS HARD. There is no easy way out. There is only through. Enduring what is meant for you, to teach you.
“ You will never be criticized by someone who is doing more than you, only by someone who is doing less”
STORMS How do you overcome adversity? Do you focus on the obstacles dwelling, or do you take them head on, do what it takes and get through it. Rory Vaden in take the stairs uses the visual and story of buffaloes. When a storm is coming, the buffaloes do not run away from it. They don’t take cover and wait it out. They run at the storm and by running at the storm, they run straight through it, minimizing the amount of pain, time, and frustration they experience from that storm. We ALL will have storms. It’s how you choose to respond to them that determines the outcomes. Don’t run from, you can’t get away from life’s challenges. So embrace them, head on. It can be scary to face challenges head on, we don’t like change. Humans crave routine, structure and comfortability. The only thing certain in life is change, so instead of running from it embrace it. Change is not a negative thing. It’s a gift. It is opportunity to grow, to redirect to try new things and succeed at them in a different way. I used to hate change and now I love it. When change is coming I know that means I am evolving and I will get through whatever level of discomfort is there and continue to press forward through the “storms” life presents me. I know that when life hands me a “storm” that God is saying to me this is happening or me, not happening to me and I will learn a great deal once it passes. I will see just how much I am capable of. Even storms don’t last forever. Don’t wait it out, charge them head on, get through them.
Sometimes it takes way longer than we like to see a return on investment
The work doesn’t begin when you see the visible change.
It begins when you start working and applying effort
The visible change is the result of your efforts.
Add value
Actions unnoticed
Efforts unseen
Stack up to create something that will truly change the world
BE
LET THINGS HAPPEN WITHOUT NEEDING TO CONTROL EVERY ASPECT OF THE EVENTS.
What we can control is how we take action to make things happen in our favor, how we respond when things don’t go exactly as we had hoped and how we let go and accept that we aren’t the only variable in any situation and there are things we can’t control.
We often get lost in what will happen and create scenarios or expectations, whether it’s with work, relationships or outcomes. How many times have you rehearsed what you would say in a conversation, to only have it go completely unplanned. THAT IS LIFE :)
We can be prepared, we can’t fully control the outcomes.
Everyone has free will. Every situation is navigated by moving parts and yours is only a % of it.
So live fully, be present in each moment and focus on what you can control. Your energy, your thoughts, your movements.
Earlier this week I was asked to interview with Justin Sloan for her Body Talk Series and I was honored and loved every minute! I hope you all enjoy this episode and interview ! xo-
Justine Sloan is a Health & Mindset Coach, a published author, and the Co-Founder of Boss Ladies MKE, a networking and mastermind group for women in the Greater Milwaukee area.
After spending over two decades of her life struggling with disordered eating, yo-yo dieting and poor body image, Justine is on a mission to help women make peace with food and feel empowered and confident in their bodies.
She created the Empowered Eating Method— a unique combination of intuitive eating, mindset shifts, and empowering nutrition hacks— to help women stop stressing over food and the scale and START living their lives to the fullest!
Her first book, “Someone I Love Lives Here,” comes out October 19th!
The book chronicles her journey from being overweight and teased as a child, to being an internationally acclaimed fitness model with 2 million followers on social media, fueled by a deep-rooted sense of inadequacy. Her journey showcases how to burn the rule book, reclaim your power, and love your body (and yourself!) in a society that tells you not to.
Justine loves to travel, but her home base is Milwaukee, where she lives with her husband and soulmate, Scott.
What if you could learn to love yourself unconditionally and never talk that for granted? We live in a world where we seek outside validation and yet the only validation we ever really need is our own. We are already loved by the most high, God. We are already valued and seen for our greatest potential so why do we search for someone else to make us feel complete?
Too good to be true? No, it IS good because it was meant for you. Life has many blessings waiting for you and it is up to you to see them and be open to receiving them. When you stay connected to your faith and trust the timing of God’s plan, life’s plan you release yourself of anxiety of “when” and replace it with “I am ready”. ARE YOU READY?
This is just a sneak peek of what is to come! I have been asked many times if I ever considered creating a podcast and it is time! I love sharing uplifting, real messages with others to encourage growth and motivation! ENJOY and stay tuned!
