Life coach that works with those whose lives are in chaos, encouraging them to do the work necessary for real change. Through emotional heart-to-heart conversations and a large dose of loving yourself, we work together to heal those barriers that stop us from the life we deserve.
Nothing can keep you from a happier future than a lingering relationship wound. We’ve all been there: Experiencing good love gone bad is painful. It doesn’t really matter what the circumstances were, or who was right and who was wrong. The bottom line is that it hurts and that the pain is preventing you from moving forward. While time is the best healer, there are five concrete steps you can take that will facilitate the process:
Let's explore the steps to get us there! Stop Making Excuses. Excuses are what hold you back, and they are almost always the only thing between you and your goal. ...Set Goals. ...Create A Routine. ...Hold Yourself Accountable. ...Track Your Progress. ...Failure Is Integral To Success. ...Exercise.
A big reason for this is because to learn something properly, they must: Understand it when you tell themBe able to recall understanding it later In fact, all memory works this way. The reason we are so prey to false memories is that we do not remember events directly, as if playing a tape recording in our heads. Instead, we remember the last time we remembered it. But is all repetition good for us body soul spirit and mind?
In active listening, hurting individuals are able to make use of the listener. The listener acts as a reflecting mirror. This enables the person to identify his or her feelings; persons gain insight into their problem and then can start problem-solving. Listening to hurting people is art. It is important to remember that the hurting person may have no spiritual language. We need to be there to help such persons put their spiritual search into words which they can understand. If we use Scripture, it needs to be appropriate to the situation. If prayer takes place, ask what they want to be included in the prayer. I find that if I have listened well, trust has been built, and near the end of the visit, the individual often finds the courage to verbalize the real problem that has been kept secret because of deep fear. We as listeners need to allow that door of trust to open, and to provide the space where others can enter and disclose their fears.
you have a great relationship but theres only one thing wrong....... Do you speak? Do you feel Recognixe it before you blow up...literally.
rebelling is not the same as letting go of the past. It wastes years of people’s lives. They think they are running towards their future but really they are running away and end up right back in the same mess. Learn to let go and alright with the result.
Most people when they become aware of themselves they tend to want to tell the truth to everyone... like he is not good for you, you should do this or that, that dress looks horrible on you, and all manner of advice. But that is not truth. That's your opinion. And though it is needed sometimes, it is not fair to use your view to steer another person. Being true to yourself is a life-long practice that requires honesty and clarity. To know your truth fully and express it authentically, you first need to cultivate a deep and trusting relationship with yourself.
I believe we can control most of what happens internally in our lives by our thoughts and our words. Thus the reason for me writing the keys to happiness.
Today we will delve into the fruit of our spirits called peace. We are to be at peace firstly and then exhibit that fruit to others.
You must know why you want to change before you can commit yourself to the necessary steps. Your desire for change, which will ultimately determine your commitment to change, requires that you eliminate all self-defeating assumptions from your consciousness. There's such a myth associated with change. You cannot change 180% in the same shape, you have to be different and for the better.

Whether it is divorce, friendships, relationships or a job. Those are links to your happiness and your future.
Realize that you feel this way,
understand why you feel this way,
and now what do you do with why you feel this way.
Some people have become so good at hiding parts of themselves that they don't even realize a part of them is gone and has been replaced by an empty feeling. And we all do it. We suffer from insecurities, we don't accept who we are, and we self-sabotage ourselves through addictions and other behaviors that don't get us what we truly want. Often, we see how we aren't being honest with ourselves in terms of our love relationships.
The process is called grooming. It increases the predator's access to his victim and decreases the likelihood of discovery. The best way to recognize grooming behavior is to pay attention to your child and the people in your child's life. The process of grooming increases the predator's access to the victim and decreases the likelihood of discovery. They become experts. Why shouldn't you?
Abuse is real and we as adults do struggle but it is important to listen in to your children and not just hear them kicking and screaming. Because one the damagaing affects of abuse happen, it is a battle to get back to where you supposed to be. Know the signs of abuse.
Let's be real, as a woman, a business owner, church goer and fellow human we think others don't know what is behind closed doors, that is in our closest or shut up in a hope chests, but they know. You vibrate and show what you most want to hide. Learn to shed the masks and be true to your real God willed purposed, that you should not perish but have life more abundant.
Having responsibility is the duty or obligation to act. Taking responsibility is acknowledging and accepting the choices you have made, the actions you have taken, and the results they have led to. True autonomy leads to both having responsibility and taking responsibility. Taking responsibly is fulfilling your role in life. Responsibility is an essential element of integrity; it is the congruence of what you think, what you say, and what you do. Responsibility is essential for reciprocity, trust, and for maintaining symmetric relationships.
The power of fear never ceases to amaze me. It can control people’s entire lives and destiny!
I was reminded of times in my life when my inner voice was constantly blaring negatives like, "You're gross, you're too fat, nobody will ever want you."
And I remembered the battles with food -- eating and not eating. Being regimented and then giving up. Tying my value and worth to whether I had "eaten well" that day or not.
Today, I want to introduce and share, openly and in a real way, what survivors of abuse often feel about their bodies.
The subject of entitlement has been swirling around my office, casual conversations with friends, and of course the news in recent weeks. Who is entitled to what is a central question in politics, business, and personal life?
And what can we do about it when someone else’s sense of entitlement encroaches on our personal space or individual rights? Entitlement, or sense that we have the right to have something, can be a healthy expectation. Recognizing that while own self is important, it is also equally important to recognize and respect the rights of others.
Interestingly, sometimes a sense of entitlement can emerge from feelings of being mistreated or not getting what we need. It can be a way of saying "I deserve to be taken care of, or treated with compassion and respect, just as much as anyone else does."
Only when we learn to manage this balance between our own needs and those of others can we have genuinely satisfying, intimate relationships with other people.

Fear can sometimes have a paralyzing affect on your spiritual life; however, understanding how to overcome fear can unlock the door to unlimited freedom.People often have a very limited, stereotypical perspective on what it means to be free-spirited. If you truly want to be a free spirit, keep the following in mind.Society likes to serve us up a very narrow interpretation of what constitutes a “free-spirit.” Images that immediately come to mind are the globetrotting bohemian, the manic pixie dream girl, the free-wheeling artist, the minimalist philosopher, or the co-op-inhabiting environmentalist. Maybe your vision of free-spiritedness was defined in high school by that tattooed, trilingual, punked-out guy who never failed to remind people of how many countries he’d been to when, really, it was the quiet, dorky girl who spent every lunch break in the library who couldn't care less what you thought about her. Instead of falling into the trap of molding yourself to some predefined role, live your life as a free agent will be discussed today with host Edna J. White.

Self-Sabotage: The Enemy Within
We all get in our own way occasionally and some people do it repeatedly, whether it's procrastinating, drinking, or overeating. Self-sabotaging behavior results from a misguided attempt to rescue ourselves from our own negative feelings.

Jezebel, who is she really? While some Christians are ignorant and even skeptical of the spirit of Jezebel, many Christians have become educated in some facets of what this spirit of Jezebel is all about. Even so, we many times get this question when we teach on this subject: “I know I must fight the spirit of Jezebel in the Spirit and not in the flesh, but what exactly does that mean for me in real life? How should I behave around people in my family, my work place, my church etc. who have the spirit of Jezebel?” Many say things like: ”I just don’t understand why this is happening to me? Why are they doing this to me? I have tried to stand strong and pray but my energy is zapped, and I’m about to give up. Will I ever win over this spirit?”
Who is Jezebel? You will find out with today's host Edna J. White as she shares Jezebel as false teacher that leads people astray, someone who encourage covering up of what worship really is and glutenous living. (Note that this encouragement can also come in a subtle form, such as an entrapment for you to fall.) You can find Jezebel in any level of society. She can be in your family, your school, work place, church — virtually anywhere.

With todays host Prof. Nicole Christian you will experience changes to enlightenment. Starting over again is one of the toughest things a person can be asked to do. But most of us, at one point in our lives, are forced to do exactly that. Whether you're reeling from the loss of a loved one, the estrangement of a partner, or the severance from a job, taking control of your new circumstances is an important part of turning around your life. Here are some tips on how to do exactly that.

There are no limits on most things in life, except for the limits we put on ourselves with our beliefs.
Believe it or not, there is no limit to how happy you can be, how much money you can make, how many people you can help, how much love you can experience. If you believe that there is a limit on these and other things, then your belief is what is limiting you. Limiting beliefs create our own internal ‘glass ceilings.’
Our host Edna J. White will discuss one of those bad habits that STOP us from exceeding that limit... Approval Seeking Behavior!
Are you stopping yourself from reaching a wider range of people with your gifts and your love because you believe that you can only exist in a very small circle?

TODAYS EPISODE- RELIGION OR SPIRITUALITY. Before we explore the difference between religion and spirituality, we must first define the two terms. Religion can be defined as “belief in God or gods to be worshipped, usually expressed in conduct and ritual” or “any specific system of belief, worship, etc., often involving a code of ethics.” Spirituality can be defined as “the quality or fact of being spiritual, non-physical” or “predominantly spiritual character as shown in thought, life, etc.; spiritual tendency or tone.” To put it briefly, religion is a set of beliefs and rituals that claim to get a person in a right relationship with God, and spirituality is a focus on spiritual things and the spiritual world instead of physical/earthly things.
The most common misconception about religion is that Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, etc.. should be onserved with rules to follow. True spirituality is the fruit that produces in a person’s life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control
What religion and spirituality have in common is that they both can be false methods of having a relationship with God. Religion tends to substitute the heartless observance of rituals for a genuine love. The true value of spirituality is that it points to the fact that there is something that connects you to a higher level of being.
