3on(NY)3 presents an online candidate forum featuring all six candidates for Congress in NY-3.
The forum was held by the Sound Shore Votes Coalition, a collection of Westchester County political groups, as a “first chance” for Westchester voters to meet the candidates.
The forum was also the genesis for the 3on(NY)3 podcast. Podcast host Andrew Whitman moderated the forum, and realized more focus was needed on the race for Congress in NY-3 if voters were to have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Candidates participating include Alessandra Biaggi, Melanie D’Arrigo, Jon Kaiman, Josh Lafazan, Reema Rasool, and Robert Zimmerman.

Curran and Whitman also discuss the political impact of New York’s recent bail reform laws in the county; an issue that Curran believes impacted her bid for re-election less than six months ago, and could similarly impact the Democrats currently running for Congess.
