TROO Mentality represents a culture that influences self-confidence and self-preservation. To be successful, one must develop core values to live by because if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything. TROO is a brand that represents a lifestyle. It is an acronym composed of 4 pillars that makes up a strong foundation of success, Teachable, Resilient, Original, Optimistic.

TROO is an acronym composed of four words that has shaped my mindset on life. Whether I was going through a tough time, experiencing failure, or even if I found myself in a depressed state these four words helped me through it all and continue to help me thrive.
My motto is “Everyone’s story deserves a chance to be heard” and I am telling mine through my podcast “TROO Mentality Podcast” and encouraging videos that I will present on this channel. I will also share some of the stories that has inspired me.

What's in it for you?
Well I have a strong desire to assist others in adding fuel to the small flame that burns inside of them. For me that gives me a satisfying feeling of fulfillment of my life’s purpose.
I enjoy listening to thoughts, opinions, and struggles of people from every walk of life and using that to show them just how special they are and how to use negative situations to drive them towards positive results.
In this episode, I spoke about marketing yourself from a personal experience. I detail how I learned to market myself better to demand a certain perception and respect from people.
In this episode, I discuss transitioning negative energy into positive energy, focusing on learning the necessary lessons of your failure rather than spending so much time focusing on the failure itself.
I give tips and advice on how we can all become more teachable. I share some information about how I use pride for good as well.
In this episode I explore the connection of faith and church. Why do so many of us tie our faith in God to the church or the pastor?
See, what I've seen occur over and over again is
When the pastor starts going off course, our faith in God begins to waver. When those Sunday saints start to act out of character, our faith in God will waver.
Those that have lost faith in God, when you ask why. They almost always start with well, this pastor did or didn’t do this. The so-called saints treated me like this or that.
Yes, God called that pastor to serve; however, the pastor could begin to misrepresent God by catering to worldly things more than God’s word.
Let’s look at an example we would all be familiar with. Think about a celebrity choosing their representation to represent them in business deals.
But when that representation begins to move outside of what they and the celebrity have discussed. What happens? They fire them; why?
Because if I have selected you to represent me, I expect you to represent what I stand for, so if you are making moves for your self you have to go.
So when we see churches crumble and pastors lose their position
God is saying you are misrepresenting me and confusing my people. You must go, I chose you, but you are not getting the job done.
Your faith in God should NOT be tied to a pastor, a church, or a single human being,
because understand this, man will disappoint you.
Believing in God has never been about going to church to me. Believing in God is about building a relationship with him, praying, and reading his word. The church is a place where like-minded people with those three sentiments go to refocus their minds on God—being reminded that he is forever present in our lives.
