Los suspiros(o merengues) son un postre hecho con la clara del huevo, azúcar y jugo de limón. Específicamente para elaborar aproximadamente 30 suspiros utilizaremos:
✨Un huevo
✨1/2 de azúcar
✨Jugo de medio limón

Suspiros (or meringues) are a dessert made with egg white, sugar, and lemon juice. Specifically to elaborate approximately 30 sighs we will use:
✨An egg
✨1 / 2 sugar
✨ Juice of half a lemon
Empezaremos por colocar en un tazón la clara del huevo, y mezclaremos hasta que la clara esté en punto de nieve.
Poco a poco mezclaremos el azúcar y la clara del huevo.
Cuando veamos que queda poca azúcar, agregaremos el jugo del limón.
Terminamos de mezclar todos los ingredientes muy bien (la mezcla debe verse cremosa).
