Hello there! This is "A Whole Lotta" where we talk Art, History, and Mystery or Mythology. We will take a dive into. various topics from round the world with occasional Movie and Show reference. Well if you are ready- lets get to it!
In this episode I talk about abuse and mistreatment I've experienced along aside brief experiences of some friends. Today I share symptoms of codependency from the article given to me by my therapist. This topic today was a mess, but still fun for me to share even if I put myself in the lions den when it comes to this topic. Remember, codependency is a spectrum and in order to break that cycle you have to create healthy boundaries (speaking to myself and anyone willing to listen). For the "7 Ways to Avoid Codependency in Your Relationship" check out this link: https://livewellwithsharonmartin.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/how-to-avoid-codependency-worksheet.pdf or google "7 ways..." and this PDF will pop up.
From a naive numbskull to you, my sweet friend, I will talk to you about the craziness that is my evolution of self. It wasn't easy and I share a lot of hard stories from distant friends/family to narcissistic bosses that have traumatized me for a long while. So... lets explore my spiritual state in this glorious first episode, and again thank you.
Let me tell you about yourself. I did say spouses in our chat, but I should broaden this up to Partners for the once that plan on getting married anytime soon. Anyway, I need you to listen in. I'm talking about you!
Through MiraMax in association with Liongate's depiction of Frida Kahlo, a Mexican Artist in the early 1900s we talk about the details of the movie and how she has inspired so many artist like myself. Born July 6, 1907 from a German Father and Mexican mother we see her development from a young girl to a bold women that we all know today as Frida Kahlo, but if you didn't know about her before you will now. Listen in!
I stumble gracefully into the life of Pablo Picasso. Go through his timeline and maybe pieces of history that does explains why he is who he is. Stay tuned!
On my first episode my nerves will tap into the DND world for the first time in a long time. We will touch on concepts from Stranger Things, but I do want to clarify this episode is not only about some Stranger Thing concepts, but about the world that inspired it. So much happened I think that not even I couldn't keep up, so lets get into it together.
If you would like to watch the video that I was speaking on for reference check out. Davvy Chappy's video on DND History here:

Oh and on Netflix there is a show called Umbrella Academy that I think you should watch... Maybe I should do a break down of it one day.
This is the beginning where the sun meets the sky and my voice just gets more smoother than butter... Lol. All jokes aside I wanted to introduce myself and get this podcast on the road so if your ready lets start with our first episode, "The History of DND".
