Today I want to share with you the benefit of doing business in alignment with the cycles of time. The Celtic Wheel is a system I have used for many years. There is a natural cycle of dormancy, emergence, growth, blossoming, harvest, taking stock and a return to dormancy. In nature, this is evident in the seasons. But this cycle exists in all aspects of our life, nature and the wider Universe.
When we live in attunement to these rhythms and cycles can understand why we are where we are, and it affords us the luxury of being able to see what comes next.
Samhain is the dance of opposites so it's our opportunity to embrace that powerful tension and friction that lie within this phase. Samhain brings the Cailleach, the Crone, and this dark feminine energy brings cleansing darkness and destruction.
Today I talk about embracing the Crone and embracing the darkness of not knowing what yet wants to emerge.

Today I'm sharing my own journey with money. Money mindset is important, it creates your money reality. It's something you always have to work on, but you also face very real priorities in where your money needs to go, essentials like housing, food, and family needs.
I started my business myself with no money out of sheer desperation. I had two jobs and a side hustle. I was going through a very difficult divorce after 11 years in an abusive marriage. I'd lost my home, my former business and my ex was trying to take what little I had and the unjust Court system was enabling that.
I was mentally, emotionally, physically and financially exhausted.
Was it a good time to be starting my new business? Maybe not.
Did I have any other option? Maybe not.
But I started and quickly realised I needed to invest to learn the skills I needed to bring my ideas into pulsing life. But I just did not have the resources. Eventually, I put a 7K investment on a credit card for a programme that promised to help me build a business and accelerate my wealth. It didn't and I was 7K further in debt.
I realised that the thread of my entire life was that money was pain. I worked on my money mindset (and it's a never-ending task) and I recognised I needed to learn skills to sell my offers. I needed clear actionable steps for launching my offers that wouldn't be hampered by my mindset. A step by step process that I could follow and stop myself from getting in my own way. That system was launching.
Today I'm sharing my story so you can see how ingrained and subconscious our money story is and how it informs our actions, both the big ones and the small ones. At least they seem small and it's perhaps only years later we realise their significance!
I hope by sharing you'll delve into your own money story as it can lie behind both why you are unwilling to invest in your business if you have the resources available, and why you don't have them when you are ready to invest!

I've come to realise as I've built my business that 80% of our success is created from our mindset, 20% is created through strategy.

Creating a successful business, and life isn't easy. We will inevitably face challenges and hiccups. How we respond to those is a game changer. We can be the victim, find excuses and place the blame on external factors, or we can become an active player in the game and take our share of the responsibility.
For most of my life, I was in 'victim' mode and saw everything in my life as either a blessing or a curse that 'just happened' to me. I wasn't an active player in my own life, mostly due to childhood trauma. (And if we're honest, most of us have some degree of that right?)
However, bringing a victim mentally into your business is a surefire way to sabotage your own success. You and the Soul of your business are in a relationship, and no relationship thrives when one is the victim. By taking ultimate responsibility for our contribution to any challenge, we empower ourselves, we become an active player in the game.

Dowsing is an incredible tool that allows us to bridge the rational and intuitive minds. It enables us to ask carefully framed, unambiguous questions and receive answers in a way that allows us to action our intuition in a productive and focused way.
Because let's face it, intuition can be pretty vague... How many times have you've wondered if something was a sign, or not... had an inkling you should do something, but you weren't sure what...
It can be confusing. And what does confud=sion create? Inaction.

We live in a culture that relates time as something linear. This belief in linearity and unending growth creates a dysfunctional relationship with our energetic environment. It causes us to deny the inevitable fundamental nature of life, and death. Many spiritual traditions represent spirit with a circle. It is a map of consciousness showing how energy moves in time and space.
This week I'm talking about a simple practice that you can incorporate into your life and business. And that's aligning your consciousness to the movement of energy through time and space. Sounds complicated? Not at all! Gardners, growers and growers have this as their business model.
Energy is cyclical, like the seasons, but also in terms of birth, life and death of ideas and enterprises. Once you recognise where you are in the cycle of time, you know ow what to do to align yourself with the energy.

This week I'm joined by an amazing guest, my good friend Sean Ferris.
Sean is a medical dowser. Medical Dowsing is simply the art of applying the ancient art of dowsing to the health of the body. At its most basic dowsing with a pendulum simply gives a binary yes or no answer. In every culture and in every age, there have always been people who have recognised, felt and understood the importance of spiritual beings. Every culture around the world has names for these invisible beings. In Hindi and the ancient oriental language Sanskrit, one word is used to describe many different types of Spirits and living patterns and that's deva. There can be a deva for something as small as a tiny flower and as large as a planet. These devas work with the living things of nature but also the inner world of concepts, thoughts and inspiration. So you have Devas of communication, justice and commerce!
In semi-scientific language, these are also called energetic blueprints or morphogenetic fields but quite simply it's that everything has an essence and inspiration, a spirit and your business has a spirit of its own.
Yes, of course, we want to add quality to our activities and experience and we want to be more successful in our lives. But there's a deeper element. When we engage with nature spirits, elemental beings and earth energies, we receive education, practical aid and inspiration. Both a personal and spiritual transformation comes from working with spirits.
So how do we make that deep connection?
Selling and Marketing transformation is a soul skill.
In this episode, I talk about marketing and how we are best placed to sell programs, courses or offers that are designed to achieve a transformation.
Traditional marketing tells us to address pain points. And create urgency. I don't think you can Market transformation effectively in that way. I think that's a mug's game in that it’s manipulative and will leave your clients feeling dishonoured.
What I do, think we can talk however is how transformation work serves and benefits our community, our clients.
Even if those benefits aren’t traditionally valued in the world of marketing and business previously.
But everyone understands the benefits of transformation work and it's those benefits that we need to articulate.
