In this episode, Addie Ola discusses why reliving your past is abusive to the Third Eye Chakra. Addie states, "We all have had a period in our life where we are stuck reliving the past. For whatever reason we replay things that have happened, we rehearse them in a different way, and we do things we wish we had done in the replay. All of this feels like you're doing something about yet, yet unable to go back in time or work up the courage to do something different because that opportunity has passed."
