Welcome to my podcast. I created this for our Special Education course as a forum to express my opinions and reflections about topics that are important to special education.
I mentor a first year classroom on how to support a student in her class as well as how to communicate effectively with parents.
I analyze a case study where a grade 3 student in Ms. Way's class receives a poor report card but does not consult with the parent in advance. I will mentor the teacher on best practices on how to support the student and refer her to a scchool based team meeting.
