Paul continues to encourages us to believe that the Gospel isn't meant for only us. Who is he calling you to share the good news with?
In the first section of chapter 2, we see how God transforms us personally through the power of the cross. In the second half, we see how God transforms us relationally and calls us to extend this same invitation to others.

Jesus birth was the beginning of God bringing restoration to all that has been lost and broken. And in the end we know this: Jesus wins.
The promise of Jesus was ultimately a promise to redeem and fix all that had been broken. How does this encourage us today knowing that God kept His promise?
Even in the midst of all the brokenness, God has always had a plan. He would enter into the pain, the brokenness, and darkness that we'd welcomed in and begin to make all things new.
We are all longing for real, lasting comfort in a world full of pain and loss. What does real comfort look like and how can we find it?

How can we endure in our faith? What is essential to keeping us focused and ready for the battle that continues?

As we open Paul's second letter to Timothy, we discover that we must have grace, mercy, and peace to begin enduring whatever we've been called to.
Proper preaching gives birth to a church, a community where discipleship naturally takes place.
