Aleana's Journey has been around since 2015. Serving the Transgender community with a commonsense approach to understanding what it is to be Transgender and everything associated with it.
Today we are going to touch base on the LGB Alliance and why you should avoid this hate group.
Well, we are back with an update on what has been going. In the second half, we talk about a couple of new groups that have been added to the Dangerous Groups list.
This week's podcast is about healthcare and thinking differently. In the second part, I talk about what is taking place in the US in regards to Transgender youth.
Replying to social media comments as well as dealing with policing the transgender community. In case you might not know while I am an Educator and not every person's go-to for policing other Transgender people in my community.
A beautiful community. Something wonderful took place this week that I was involved in. Then I felt like I was rolling my face on the keyboard for no other reason than to try for two days to explain Grieving and the five stages. This attempt was with people on Twitter and left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth over the whole thing. But I do understand that not everyone on Twitter is willing to be educated.
Well, I am talking about a response I gave to an opinion about the Transgender community. Responding to comments about the Transgender Community can be very difficult. You need to reduce the issue that is brought up by the commenter with logic. Make your point with fact-based answers understanding that while you can lead the horse to water you can never force it to drink.
Well sorry, this one is late. Life can be such a rocky mountain at times. We are going into a place where most dare not go. There is always a warning about talking about Religion. What not to do it if you want to keep friends. But in saying that there somethings that do need to be said.
It is something that is as much a part of me as my children. A motto that has lasted and served me well even when I am not. Being Prepared it started with the Boy Scouts and I teach it with everything I do. My young children know it as well.
This is a very special episode as I am joined by a special guest as we talk about Coming Out - The Sequel.
Today we are talking a bit about conflict resolution and some of the pitfalls when it is done incorrectly.
Coming out I am continuing on from the blog post on www.aleanasjourney.com about "Coming out". Join me for a different look into this wonderful event for all of the LGBT+ community. Please remember that it is always filled with a roller coaster of emotions. Spare a thought for the person that is telling you about what they have had in their shadows for so long and just love them for who they are. After all, whatever is in our shadows and is brought into the light only remains because it is good and needs to grow with love and compassion.
In this episode, we touch on online gaming.

What do you know about the Stages of Grief? Did you know that no matter who you are or what event is linked to Loss and Grief we all experience the same set of stages? It could be your Dog, Mum, or even your Phone it is always the same. How we respond to those stages makes a big difference in our mental health. But if your Stages of Grief involve someone that is in your life. It can affect how you navigate through these stages. As well as how they navigate through theirs. Let's talk about it.
