When we decide who we are compared to someone else. Compared to their religion, politics, their beliefs we inevitably fall into dualism and what is called othering!
We spend a good deal of time trying to convince ourselves of our identity. We do that through what the world, and who the world tells us to be. When in fact, real identity comes from an inward journey.
When we become self-aware, we become aware of our own toxicity. When we become aware of our own toxicity, we become a aware of others. How do we deal with that?
Other people place a narrative on you. They do so in order to find their identity. Often, we place narratives on other people to find our identity.
We have based our realistic reality in the notion of hierarchy. What would it look like otherwise?
We are taught that life is a transaction. Good behavior for an easy life, that’s what we’re taught. We are shocked when we find out it doesn’t work that way. Take a listen thanks
What does it mean to really be successful as a human? We are told when we are a little, we can be anything we want. However, what we need to be told is, who we truly are. Which is love
There is a physical chemical aspect to spiritual growth. And although I am not a brain scientist, here is my take on what that means.
When we live out of our authentic, loving self, we produce a way of life that is in line with our purpose, and who we truly are. That creates a life that is less fearful, and less drama filled. This is not new news folks. It is the truth of who we truly are.
Can we engage in the institutions after we discover our own authenticity? I tackle that question in this episode
We are surrounded with clues, language, and indications that there’s a reality bigger than us. The language of reality is inspiration and metaphor. Take a listen thanks
Have you ever wondered why people will believe really extreme ideas? We will revisit PPP in this episode to get an understanding of how people can buy into extreme notions to find identity
As Jesus said, we need to be in the world, but not of it. We have to find a healthy separation from the world in order to help the world find itself.
The description is in the title, my friends. In order to find meaning we need to let go, forgive and not judge. Hard stuff!
You will hear and I hope you have always heard one theme in these podcasts. That is first we live in a false reality created of our own ignorance and secondly, the way out of that reality is love.
What is the purpose of life? What is the goal of life? What is the goal of this podcast? What is the goal of spirituality? Here is my answer. Thanks
We live in a reality that we have constructed made up of winners and losers. This idea is not in line with love and authenticity.
One of the pitfalls of spirituality is that we can become convinced that we know everything. We do not! There is a vast reality and a vast mystery to who we are, that we must plumb.
Have you ever wondered why you meet people who are super kind, super loving and then they go to a religious community or believe in a political thought that is opposite of love and kindness? Take a listen.
As we grow, spiritually, we develop things like the capacity to love, the capacity for empathy, the capacity for compassion, the capacity for generosity. Another aspect of what we developed is our deep intuition. Knowing that we know. Take a listen thanks
We truly believe that because we believe it, it must be true. We often find out if that’s not true. We are creatures of belief, but our beliefs must be based in experience and provable, demonstrable, love!!!
Where does the human propensity to harm the other come from? Where does the violence we often legitimize come from? Where does the very worse of our behavior come from?
In order to fully understand what is real one must experience what is real. Otherwise, it’s a concept. One of the goals of the spiritual journey is to put ourselves in a place to experience the transcendent, so as to transcend the false reality we have created
In the false reality, we have learned to determine our identity by comparing ourselves to others. Which intern leads to more false identity. Take a listen thanks
If love, kindness, generosity, and awareness is a part of what it means to be authentic then surely hope must be included
We are formed by how this world/humanity lives and behaves. And were ignorant for the most part that we are formed by the way of the world.
If true reality and authentic reality are about love and kindness. Then the false reality is built in dualism and separation.
Happy third anniversary to Finding Meaning. This is the episode where I talk about the seed of thought that brought Finding Meaning to fruition.
Our spiritual growth comes from knowing that we do not know everything. When we are exposed to new ideas, new ways of thinking that reflect our authenticity, we’re often surprised. And that’s a good surprise.
We live in a world that teaches us to pretend. Pretend to be something we’re not, pretend to be people we are not. We learn that to get along in a false reality. Being authentic is being you, authentically you in every circumstance.
How often have we human beings been offered the truth of who we are? How often have we rejected that truth?
Today we begin a weeklong journey towards the third anniversary of our podcast Finding Meaning.
If we look closely, and if we pay attention, we can see outside of the falsely created reality that we live in.
One must experience the qualities of authenticity in order to share the qualities of authenticity. Take a listen thanks
We always have to remember that the foolishness, the stupidness, and the ignorance of this world is based in the manifestation of thinking. The question is, what’s at the basis of the thinking. When we figure that out we become less judgmental.
When we discover authentic spirituality, we discover that what we thought was spiritual wasn’t. Authentic spirituality is about the discovering of truest self. Not of lofty religious concepts, but of authenticity.
We live in a world where people have learned to be the people they are. As we grow spiritually we find ourselves outside of that. How do we live with that?
As ancient philosophy says, the journey of 1000 miles begins with one step. It begins with one question! Finding our authentic self begins with one simple question. Take a listen.
To be spiritual, to be human, to be human is to be spiritual. We have from time and memorial try to deny our humanity and call it spiritual. When in fact, it is the embracing our humanity that leads to enlightenment in my opinion.
In this episode, we look at practical spiritual disciplines of behavior that can lead us to finding our authenticity.
This is my most succinct explanation of spirituality through the lens of Finding Meaning. Enjoy! Thanks for listening.
As we grow, spiritually, we discover that we don't have to control, we don't have to be the center of the universe. People are the way they are and we are the way we are. No judgment.
Life is spiritual and spirituality is a journey. The question is what are we looking for and where are we looking?
Three years ago when I began this podcast, it was named the matrix has you. It is still true today that the matrix has us.
And this episode we're going to talk about the meaning of being a part of the universe. Expanding the idea of finding meaning to larger understandings
We live in a transactional world. We trade salvation for belief and belief for salvation. We trade ethics for power and power for ethics. Take a listen.
There are some ways in which we can tell that we are growing into our authenticity. There are some markers that we can see that allow us to understand. We are uncovering who we truly are.
Just as being kind, being loving, being generous is a part of our authenticity, too, is being a person who seeks and finds pleasure in healthy ways
This is a further exploration of how we truncate our spiritual growth through systems of belief
We are taught that what we believe, is actually what is real. When in fact, it is our experience of love, kindness and forgiveness that are the real.
How does one find their authenticity? By what mechanism is there to find ourselves? What has to happen for us to find our authenticity? What do we do when we start to find it?
We can effect real change in the world. But, only if we find our real and authentic self.
In the false reality, we can see predictable patterns of behavior learned overtime, that are destructive.
We are programmed by this world to seek the path of least resistance. We are programmed to seek the easy. Unfortunately, that is not the way this works.
The concepts of authentic spirituality are easy to grasp. Living authentic spirituality is difficult. Take a listen.
Once we understand that much, if not all of our anxiety is caused by the toxicity of the false reality, we can begin to find some inner peace take a listen, Thanks.
We buy into what other people think about us. We buy into what other people think about the world. We spend most of our life buying other peoples concepts. Take a listen. Thanks.
April 4 is the anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr.. In my spiritual journey, I learned from his writings in his speeches to seek understanding rather than judgment. Which is a very deep spiritual attribute. Take a list and thanks.
When we live out of a false sense of self, in a false reality. We become often delusional about our importance. That's the ego telling us that everything is our monkey and everything is our circus. Take a list. Thanks.
We live in the world where people say that they believe one thing and their actions do not line up with that belief. Take a listen to this difficult subject.
The false reality is incredibly easy to manipulate. Most of us do it every day. Take a listen. Thanks!
Today I look at the metaphor behind the story of Easter! Finding meaning is not not religiously affiliated nor will it ever be. But there are metaphors in the stories that we can draw from. Buddhist, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Hindu, there's a deep truth, if we look.
As we look at how we process reality, we have to talk about the mechanisms that we have to put in place to help us recover, who we truly are. Three aspects of the mechanisms that we need to use are love, kindness, and awareness. Those three things are linked to how we produce, and how we discover our true self.
In this episode, we look at the conspiratorial way in which our brains perceive reality
Today is the end of our three part series on the things that keep us from ourselves. Beginning with our concepts of God, going through how we feel about ourselves. Take a listen thanks.
This is the second part of a three-part series on God and the barriers we construct through the concepts of God.
This is part one of a three-part podcast on ideas of how we understand the superior being, and the barriers we put in place to our authenticity
The false reality that we create and continue to create is a reality made out of fear and ignorance. The antidote, the cure, for the false reality is indeed love and kindness.
Today we celebrate the 15,000 listen of our three-year-old podcast Finding Meaning. Today I un-pack how I came to understand the theory of Finding Meaning, and an explanation of what it means to find meaning.
Have you ever thought to yourself? Why do I think like I think? It's a good question. We talk about it in this episode.
One of the great mistakes we make because we're not self-aware is, we believe that we can fix things through our spirituality. That is not the way spirituality works. Authentic spirituality is about growth and that's a very individual thing. Thanks guys take a listen.
We spend a lot of time, thinking that spirituality is somehow chasing down ideas about who God may or may not be or which religions, right. Or, taking pieces of each religion and constructing our own. When, in fact, self discovery, and the expression of your truest self is what spirituality is.
When we come into this world, we are handed a playbook. It's got all the prescribed plays in it that people tell us we need in life. From religion, to politics, to how to live as a family, to how to think as a human. The problem is, these playbooks are wrong. When we begin to discover our authentic self, we begin to discover the true playbook of love.
People are seeking identity. That is another way of saying people are trying to find meaning. Take a listen. Thanks.
Self reflection is a vital part of authentic spirituality. Self-awareness is a vital part of authentic spirituality. It takes both of those things to be able to see where we have gone wrong. Take a lesson. Thanks.
Here is a short podcast from the ocean where we are on vacation. It is about being connected to all things.
I want to talk today about who Jesus is, and what faith is ultimately through the lands of finding meaning. Thanks for listening.
Peace in our life is not the absence of issues. Rather, it is a self understanding, and a gratitude that allows us to put the issues of life in a different perspective.
Do you feel as though there's something off in our world? I do! From our politics, to our lack of awareness. From our self-centeredness to our closed mindedness. I believe that there's a transformation on the horizon for all of us.
We live out of disappointment, we live out of unmet expectations. Some expectations are reasonable some are not. When we talk about disappointment, because our reasonable expectations are not met, we are talking about the matrix, the false reality, and Maya illusion.
We spend lifetimes searching externally. Through religious figures, cult, leaders, politicians, religious, icons, religious concepts, etc. etc., etc. When the truth is only found within you.
Truly, and authentic spiritual life has within it a simplicity that we often forget. Take a listen. Thanks.
In spirituality, we hear all kinds of metaphors, metaphors about rebirth, metaphors about shedding old skin. The reason we hear those metaphors is because who we are is a struggle. However, it is the good struggle.
When we are younger, we are totally can be anything followed very quickly with a list of things we should be. Doctor, lawyer, etc. etc. Really the goal of finding meaning in life is to be authentically who we are regardless of what that means in the world.
In the false reality, we believe that there is your truth, my truth, and the truth. Ultimately, there is only one truth.
Spirituality is not about what group or religion, you may belong to! It's not about having the proper belief system!in Finding Meaning. Spirituality is a re-learning who we are.
We live in a world that wants to tell us who we are. It gives us an identity through family through culture. And it keeps us from living our true self, which is only found in love.
We live in a world that is clueless, in essence, not self-aware. We work on our own self-awareness, not through belief, but through behavior. Behaviors like kindness they'd give us a clue.
Today we talked about the PPP again. However, we look at it from the reverse angle. Take a listen. Thanks.
A blinding flash of the obvious is when we see reality for what it really is. That is, a falsely constructed understanding of being human.
We always have an inner dialogue going on. The voice of authenticity and the voice of our ego. One of the things that helps us to turn, which is, which is self-love.
We have constructed a dualistic nature of reality. When we discover who we truly are we find that we don’t need that reality anymore.
The false reality is toxic. And we must deal with toxic people within a toxic reality. This podcast is about what we do and how we understand with toxicity.
When we spiritually awaken, we can find ourselves in uncomfortable feelings. Why? Because we are finally living out of authentic feelings
We live in a world where people are constantly presenting their opinion, as fact. When we live out of a deeper sense of authentic self, we discover that that is not true. Our opinions are not always fact.
In this episode, we take a deeper look at Finding Meaning. And especially what the false reality consists of.
This episode is in response to a question I received. The question is, can we experience true, authenticity, and reject it? Here’s the answer take a listen.
We are conditioned to seek what we must find outside of ourselves. The great tragic irony is that what we need to find is with us.
When we begin to live out of our authentic self, we begin to lead, do our jobs, raise our families out of an authentic place. This is what that looks like.
We are born with a capacity to love unconditionally. That is taken out of us because we believe we have to survive in a hostile world. Spirituality, is about coming back to that original self.
Today we revisit PPP. Perception, processing, projecting. It is the spiritual nuts and bolts of life.
Our spiritual journey cannot just be about our spiritual growth. It has to be about taking that spiritual growth into, to help others. If it’s just about us then it’s just the ego and it’s not authentic.
We have on a deeply subconscious level created a reality that is self-centered. That is one of the ways that we can understand that we do live in a false reality. Take less and thanks guys.
We subconsciously create systems of self preservation. They are made of, hierarchy, and corporate climbing. And then we fool ourselves into believing that these things can solve the worlds problems. Take a listen thanks guys.
When we engage in a spiritual life, we develop many attributes that were until now, hidden by ego. One of those attributes is being able to think clearly, beyond one’s own ego.
Who is God? What is God? In this episode you’ll hear how I understand these things and hopefully help you to think about what God and who God is for you. Thanks for listening.
We are told that we must bring ourselves into set patterns and set systems that are created by our world. The problem is none of those can teach us our own authenticity.
We live in a reality where criticism, negativity and undermining is a way of life. We tear people down. We tear communities down to gain our own identity in the false reality.
We are trained by our society, by our religions, by our politics to seek answers externally. But I have come to understand, clearly, is that the only answer is love, and you find that internally. Thanks my friend take a lesson!
Spirituality is the work of becoming. I am convinced that we are conscious, self-aware energy in the process of becoming more authentic through living a human life. Take a listen.
Here is my personal personal attempt at explaining the love that lies at the core of our authenticity, and finding meaning
When we discover that the reality we live in is a false construct of human concept. We must fill that void with compassion. If we do not then we end up being a narcissist.
I am back from my long journey to the Bahamas. I thought this might be a good time to reboot, and to tell you a little bit about how I came to understand, finding meaning and the authentic self.
If authentic living is things coming into sharp contrast and clear vision. Then living out of ego and false understanding is the opposite.
This episode was recorded from a moving ship on the Caribbean Sea. It is a reflection on the cliché categories that make up the matrix.
The idea of winning and losing is very much part of a dualistic reality. Take a listen.
The false reality that we’ve created has taken on a life of its own. The systems in the institutions with such are in fact, realities in none of themselves that are false.
The authentic, spiritual journey brings life into a focus, a clear focus of purpose, and intent and authenticity
You see a lot of the saying, hacking the matrix these days. What that really means in light of the theory of Finding Meaning is something unique take a listen
When we practice authentic spirituality. That is to say a spirituality based in love. We created distance between ourselves and the drama and the falseness of this world.
We live in a world and have lived in a world, where we are being convinced of things that are not true. That is what lies at the core of the false reality. Take a listen, thanks.
We all perceive reality through the lenses that we have been taught. The question is, are you aware of that or are you not?
I recently have had a question given to me about if, we experienced the truth of who we are can we reject it and go back to our old ways, or even do evil things. This podcast is my attempt to answer that question.
When you observe humanity as it is today. You will often find yourself in a state of disbelief. However, when you practice spirituality, you realize that the foolishness and ignorance of this world is but a construct of our thinking.
In our world, we are inspired by books, movies, songs, mythologies, etc. However, many of these things are grounded in a sense of the false reality. We have to look even beyond those things to find authenticity.
As we are on the spiritual journey, our great struggle is to not rely on all ideas or old contextual thinking. When we love when we’re kind it changes everything.
When we hate other people, when we hate other races, when we hate others in general, we are actually hating ourselves. We are forming and identity based on our feeling and our hatred of others.
When we become more authentic, we become more intuitive. When we become more intuitive, we’re able to live from a different perspective. When we live from that more clear perspective were able to sense, see and feel things differently. Which ultimately makes life less drama filled.
Yes, we must discern right from wrong. Good from bad, truth from lies in this reality. However, we must do so with all thought tempered in love. If not, then we just choose a side and the false reality goes on and on.
The human being is a conscious being that may create and manifest certain aspects of reality. A human being is also for the most part, someone who does not know they can do that. Take a listen. Thanks.
We are taught when we come into this world of formula, and equation. That formula, and that equation is about comparison. We try to form our identity out of judging others, and comparing ourselves to others. The problem is, that’s how we acquire a false identity.
This podcast was produced on Christmas Day. And with all of its trappings, it reminds me every year of the need to go inward to to have my own personal paradigm shift towards love.
Today we talk about the paradox of the spiritual journey. How we can read and meditate and do all these things, but ultimately they cannot bring us within. We must make the conscious choice to go on the spiritual journey.
As we come up on Christmas. Or, as we come up on any holiday of any religion, rather than get bogged down, and proving it’s correctness, or its lack of correctness. What if we looked at the metaphor of what the story is trying to tell us? Take a listen. Thanks.
When I speak of authenticity, or when I speak of the false self, I am speaking about levels of consciousness and awareness. Take a listen!
If you can take the time to observe reality right now, the reality that we humans have created. You will find that we are glitching in the matrix.
The false reality is reality full of very traumatic things that affect us very deeply in negative ways. Take a listen. Thanks.
It is more than important to have the ability to think critically on the spiritual journey. Take a listen, thanks.
When we grow spiritually, not only do we develop a deeper intuition, we develop a wider and deeper and more intuitive way of seeing the world
As we are becoming authentic, we are going to discover that we have things like intuition, a sixth sense, the ability to see people for who they really are. In this episode episode, and in the next few, we will be discussing that.
We must be aware of how we act in the world. What is our motivation, what is our intention? What is our agenda?
This is the final part, part three of questions that I have received. We will be talking in this episode about interconnectedness and mass enlightenment. Thanks guys.
Is it possible for a group of people to become enlightened as a whole? Take a listen thanks.
This episode, I begin to answer some questions I have received from my listener/friend of mine. Maybe they can help you I hope they do.
Ultimately, my friends, the false reality that we have collectively created has robbed us of who we truly are. Spirituality, Finding Meaning, all healthy spirituality is about regaining our authenticity.
This episode we look at the fact that spirituality is an uncovering of one's true self. It is not an adding to one psyche. It is discovering one's true psyche.
In this episode, we look at the next movement on the spiritual quest. The first one being the realization, we live in a false reality, the second one being that we must go inward with love to find answers, and this third episode is about how kindness, compassion, sympathy, empathy, and, gentleness are the tools that we need!
In this podcast, we begin a five part look at the aspects of authentic spirituality. From the realization that we live in a false reality to the hope of living out of one's authentic self.
You do not have to look very far my friends in order to find the false reality that we've created. People warring against each other is the perfect example of the false reality.
we live in a world that is falsely constructed. When we go down the spiritual path, we necessarily leave it behind.
Every day life is every every day life. We can make it miserable or we can make it spiritual. Take a listen. Thanks.
What if we lived in a world where love, kindness and peace was the way we viewed each other???
We humans have learned to use each other and to create drama for no reason. We do that, so we have something to identify with. unfortunately, it's a false identification
This is a celebration of the podcast. As I revisit the most popular episode called the theory. This is part two. I hope you enjoy!
Spirituality is not a one time shot. It's not a deal that we make and it is certainly not found in what we necessarily believe. Spirituality is a process of uncovering who you truly are. Weeding through with the world has made you to be. in that process comes revelations in realizations of who you truly are.
We live out of two worlds. The one we have created out of competition and dualism. And then the world of the real. The world of love it take a listen. Thanks.
We must judge behavior in order to maintain civility. What we cannot judge is worth. And what we have done as humans is conflate those two things.
False memory is a part of false perception. How we perceive, matters. Take a listen thanks.
In the movie, the matrix neo the main character is offered two pills. The red one helps you discover reality. The blue one helps him to deny it. which pill, metaphorically, do we take every day.
We are trained to find connections in reality. However, we are also living out of a sense of ignorance of who we really are. When our ignorance of self is lined up with the Ability to find connection, we humans tend to find wrong connections , that's when conspiracy thanking happens. Take a listen. Thanks.
I have become convinced that spirituality is not about acquiring more, rather, it's about uncovering more of the falseness that we have. We have to decide what is not worth keeping in our spiritual journey.
Think about everything you've learned. History, math, social studies, English, or whatever language you may speak. Think about how that information was put into you. That same mechanism is also taught us to believe in a false reality.
One of the thoughts that I have held in my whole life is, the fact that we believe something does not make it a fact. Take a listen.
We view ourselves, our world and reality through the lens of things not being right. Or should I say wrong. This is part of what we are, and who we are programmed to be.
when we grow spiritually, we come up against everything we've learned have been taught about what it means to be human
Hello friends, I have not posted a podcast in a few days because I have come down with pretty severe case of COVID-19. I will get back to podcasting probably next Monday. But I just wanted to say hello that's what this little segment about.✌️

Today is my 58th birthday and I just wanted to share some thoughts on life. Take a listen thanks guys.
We take on all sorts of identities in our world. The real Spiritual question is who are we really?
In this episode, we explore the final episode of what it means to be authentically you in our four part series.
Spirituality is not a theological, philosophical quest to understand a god, or gods, or etc. I am convinced, and in my opinion, spirituality is about becoming authentically, loving and authentically you. It is so simple and yet so difficult to live out of this in this false reality.
Spirituality is not about going to the right religion. It's about becoming authentically you. This is part two of a four-part series on what it means to live from an authentic place.
This episode is the first of three part episode about what it means to live from the most authentic you. We talk a lot about how to find the authentic you for the next few episodes were going talk about living the authentic you.
What are we to make, as people who pursues spirituality, of what's going on in the world?
We live in a world where we all have an opinion that is falsely informed. We tried to place those opinions upon reality so that we can solidify reality. Take a listen
In this episode, I share a story about a friend I had many years ago. His name is Dave and he was the best salesman I ever met. How are we like him? We live in a transactional reality, in many ways we are all Dave.
We have tricked ourselves, we have food ourselves, and we have lied to ourselves about what reality is. Not intentionally, but out of ignorance.
To be yourself is all we have to do. It's also one of the most difficult things we have to do. To be ourselves is spirituality.
We have to find a larger purpose to frame our life. That is not religion or politics. Indeed, the larger framework that we can bring into all of these things is love.
It's important on our spiritual journey to find people we can really, really, really trust. However, be careful, not everyone is trustworthy. However, there are some. This episode is dedicated to my trusted friends.
We create places in our lives of belief, religion, politics, but I am calling bubbles. Spirituality bursts many of those bubbles. Take a listen.
All of us live with a sense that there's something more. Because all of us live in a world that's falsely constructed from ego, false concepts, and theory. However, there is a place I believe, that can offer us some answers. Take a listen.
The things offer to us by the reality that has been created by us through ego, will not let us to finding meaning
And this episode we discuss how the institutions of religion are necessarily dualistic and transactional to preserve themselves. Individually someone may practice a religion and find their inner truth, but it's very rare.
It takes a tremendous amount of bravery and courage to question the prescribed reality that we live in.
We are in the act of becoming. We are in the act of rediscovering. In spirituality, we are in the act of transformation.
How we view the world, how we view ourselves, how we perceive reality is the fundamental question of spirituality
We have created a reality where we depend upon the false reality that we have created to live. It makes it very hard to come to terms with the fact that we are living a false reality.
We are programmed to perceive reality in certain ways. That programming is false. Thanks for listening.
How do we live in the world and not be of the world? This episode is dedicated to one of my oldest friends who asked me that question.
We are so innately, programmed by the false reality, that when we are offered a way out often, we will not take it. Take a listen. Thanks for your time.
We are programmed by this world to follow. To belong to institutions of hierarchy, and to be cogs in a machine. Take a listen.
We are taught in this life to use people, places, and things to our advantage. Practicing a transactional life and a transactional spirituality. Guess what, that’s wrong!
Where do we get our values from? Where do we get our morals from? Take a listen. Thanks.
This episode is a recap and a re-explanation of what finding meaning is about. If you’re new to the podcast, this is a great place to start if you’ve been listening for a while it’s a great reminder.
We live in a world where people have learned and are becoming expert at manipulating reality. Truth is becoming subjective according to the world. When, in fact, the truth is love and kindness.
One of the things that we have done very poorly in our western culture is fine Balance. To find rest and to find work, to find pleasure and to find intimacy all takes a balance.
There are things that are not of substance that we create. There are things of great substance that we can experience.
Have you ever looked at someone in power and thought to yourself, how the heck did this person end up here? How can someone so? How can someone so phony have so much control. There’s a reason take a listen.
We can at any time if we put the work in, have a transcendent and holy experience. But what is that work? Take a listen. Thanks.
In this episode, we look at the anger and frustration that comes from doing what is right and good and people going out of their way to either be indifferent or to sabotage it
To be humans to be spiritual, to be spirituals to be human. Anything other than that is a construct of human thought
The ability to be self, analyzing, self critical, and self understanding is a part of the spiritual journey. Albeit, a very rare circumstance.
If we watch the world with some objectivity, it does not take us long to understand that the way we approach life, is often wrong!
In this episode, we look at the things that are offered to us by the world as spiritual
To be authentically human is to truly be ourselves. What keeps us from that, are the false narratives in notions that we have bought into!!!
As human beings, we have been talked to do all that we can to have things remain just as they are. Unfortunately, there’s very little spiritual growth in that.
There are many aspects of life where we should try to find the path of least resistance. Spirituality is not one of them.
We can see the false reality, that I call the matrix, in every day life. When we see war, hatred, politics of division, economic, disparity, fearful thought, we can see plainly the false reality.
What are we looking for in our life? What is spirituality? I’m convinced, that it all is all based in love.
We live, and we are steeped in a reality is fear-based. Spirituality is about making your reality love based.
There is emotional reality, there is physical reality. But all of these things are informed by our spiritual reality.
