The Back to Earth journey is inspired by both Augusto Boal’s Newspaper Theatre and Arawana Hayashi’s Social Presencing Theatre. In the first part of this audio journey, we go through 5 of the 12 Newspaper Theatre techniques which facilitate/enables both actors and non-actors to turn any non-dramatic text into a critical and empathic investigation of social reality. It also implements the Theory U framework and reflective practices (journaling). You are welcome to download the file and do the journey in nature.
You are warmly invited to share reflections, images, audio, or video of the journey on Padlet. In this way, our private audience-less performances can become visible to others. Furthermore, you are invited to watch, read and comment on other people’s input. The link to the Padlet is padlet.com/backtoearth/part1
For those who complete the journey and wish to continue, we will offer a group sharing space where we would prepare together the “part 2” of the journey.
If you are interested please contact us at: backtoearth@imaginaction.org Adding in the subject line “Back to Earth part 1 (Audio Gardens 2022)”.

This is a heart-opening meditation (a variation of loving-kindness / metta. The intention is to awaken our connectedness with all of life and to create the ground for more kindness towards ourselves and others.
Featuring: Hemera Margrieta This audio track will guide you through a creative self-connecting practice to sense and explore the energies in and around you, in your "body-field," or your aura. I experience the aura as my light body that holds the energies of the experiences of the past, the possibilities of the future, and the potential of the now, all in one.
For this guided creative practice, you will need a piece of paper, either an A3 or two A4s put together, and some crayons or markers. Also, find a place or spot where you won't be disturbed. In this recording, you will explore the aura field step by step. If you feel you need a bit more time for a particular part, just pause the audio for a moment and take your time, before you move on.
After you have listened to the audio and have done the creative practice, take some time to let it sink in. Some questions you could answer: - Were there some particular parts in your aura that stood out to you? - Is there a specific feeling in which you really felt a deep self-connection returning, like a landing in your body? - Were there parts that felt a bit more blurry (remember that everything you sense, see, or experience is absolutely perfect, it's about the experience itself and the information it gives you.)
After you have done this guided creative practice, give it some time to let it sink in. Immediately afterward you could go for a short walk in nature. Once you return, take a quick glance at your sketching and then hang it in a place where you can see it during the day, for example on the fridge and while passing it, it may start talking to you. Also in the days following maybe every now and then take a moment to look at it and see what comes to mind, using the phrases: I sense...... I feel..... I notice.......
These kinds of practices often won't give you straightforward answers, it's more in the holistic experience of being, connecting, and experiencing that a small shift might happen in your energy field, that gives a new understanding of opening up a new perspective or feeling a deeper grounding.

In this session we invite you to take part in a co-sensing experience on the question of the interrelations between listening and power relations.
This exploratory process was crafted by BeDo, an Israeli NGO which focuses on implementing Theory U in Israeli society, and is part of our u.lab2x prototype. The session is designed as an active practice in which we turn to our own life experiences as a source of knowledge.
Join us to have a unique personal experience and contribute to a global co-sensing journey. Please share your contributions here: https://padlet.com/danielleshani/2xo2k4celnhbjo1z

Created by Lauren Elizabeth Clare The 'personal pause' is an embodiment practice based on the three phases of TheoryU - letting go, presencing, letting come. With three gestures, this practice supports us in deepening into our sense-awareness, and stepping into the best of possible futures. This is the practice of creating an intentional interruption - a pause that takes us out of the rush of current reality and offers a new perspective, a new choice, and a new path forward. This carries us through a journey of awareness and conditions our body, mind, and spirit for synergy, collaboration, and regeneration.
This can be a quick or lengthy practice, depending on your needs. You can hold a personal intention of discovery, "who am I and what is my work?" - or you can work with a team on sensing into a dynamic. It takes approximately 6 months to re-pattern our neurological system. With diligence and continuous practice, this 'personal pause' embodiment practice can shift our habits, choices, and awareness towards profound opportunities. We can heighten our senses, cultivate our capacity for embodiment, and support a gestalt shift of awareness.
This recording is an excerpt from a Regen Collective team meeting. You are invited to join in the practice and experience the shift for yourself of stepping into the best of possible futures. Learn more at: https://regen-collectives.mn.co/posts/the-personal-pause-practice
