I didn’t have a social life for the most part of my young life, majorly cause I didn’t want one, but now I know that I need to have a social life and a good healthy one at that…..
With great pain often comes great wisdom and opportunity. Through leaning into our feelings, cultivating self-compassion, seeking support, embracing forgiveness, rediscovering our passions, and practicing mindfulness, we embark on a path of healing that leads to profound personal growth and inner peace. Healing our own hearts is not a linear process but a courageous and transformative journey. It requires patience, resilience, and a commitment to our own well-being.
As we count down to the new year, reminisce on the events of 2023 and be proud of your achievements, your small wins, your big wins, your unseen wins. Despite the breakdowns, the battles you fought when no one was watching, the times you felt like breaking, you still came back up, brought the broken pieces, help it together and you're still here, standing strong. I'm super proud of you. Let's go again bigger and better in 2024.Xoxo.
There's this attitude of saying "that's just how I am" or "take it or leave it", of a truth, that attitude is actually a sign of immaturity.

If at any point you begin to loose the spark that bought you to that choice in the first place stop. Nothing good can grow if not done with love.
Do what is best for you.... You dont have to be like others you know, something not overwhelming...
Failure, unfortunately as it sounds and seems is not a part of our life, but we don't need to make it all negative and the likes.... Try to see the positive in it. Listen to my story on failing and getting back up. Love you all❤️❤️
