today i have a chat with Mick ( @the_feel_good_coach_) on instagram, what a guy he is - this recording was done on our phones as micks pc decided it was taking a day off so please disregard any bad audio
we have a chat of what mick does, why he does it and how he helps people on a daily basis. i loved listening to him in this and had a proper good chat

would like to say well done and great work to my friend Davy Webster who raised over £1900 for glasgows sick kids hospital by shaving his beard in aid of his son whos currently battling like a trooper.
