Ercella turns the tables and interviews, Lisa, about her DNA story as an adoptee. In 2018 she received surprising information about herself. The day her results came to her through Ancestry DNA, the verse of the day was Galatians 3:28There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Lisa always knew she was adopted and thought she had closed the book on the story. She held on to God and this verse as she got on a wild identity ride for the 3rd time in her 48 years.

Then Scott joins us for some very light-hearted conversation as they share stories of his great grandmother, "Gammy Lou" and trying to coax wild animals into allowing you to pet them. There is a message for someone on this podcast about falling and getting back up in your personal walk with God. Let us know if it is you.

As always, please write us if you have a prayer request or question at undigjoy@gmail.com

In Episode 8 We approach the subject of Friendships, how salvation shapes them, and how God can use these very important relationships. Scott and Lisa go back in time to tell you tales of the 1980s which include Blackhawk Baptist Church Camp, Pam Taft Vivian, and a 9 curves road near-death experience. We took some liberty to reminisce and realized God allowed us to live.

Well, we don't want to give it all away and we pray you have found your tribe or find it soon. God asks us to rely completely on Him and trust Him and it can be a very narrow place but if you have a few good friends to share the load, you surely have treasures on earth. We encourage you to reach out to someone this week and give them some Jesus led friendship.

If you want to know more about the Lord, walking out your Christianity, or need prayer please reach out to undigjoy@gmail.com
