Tom Paladino is a scalar energy researcher based in Florida.
Scalar energy is the
fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space and universe. It
originates from the sun and stars. Chi, prana, OM, mana, life force, pyramid
energy or zero-point energy are synonymous terms for scalar energy.
He theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and
that the sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points
of origin, “the storehouses,” for scalar energy. He further theorized that
scalar energy is instructive energy, as the entire universe is instructed by
this Divine Essence. Subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional and
physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy
instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe.

Raised with a Western medicine perspective on the world, Brandy Searcy's eyes were opened to the healing abilities of alternative techniques (beginning with myofascial release and extending as far as Reiki, acupuncture, and Ayurveda) back in 2008 and have expanded as her own health concerns have risen over the past decade plus. Brandy's unique gift to the world is her perspective, one balanced between understanding the powers and limitations of both alternative healing modalities and Western medicine. Both are brought into her role as formulator at Rain Organica, which offers a skincare routine so simple you can take it anywhere. It’s the skincare routine for people who aren’t into skincare products.
Her own struggle with acne during her teens and 20s led to a holistic and healthy approach to skincare, embracing skin as an organ to be loved and cared for rather than a canvas to wage war on.
Since 2008, she's been developing all-in-one products for a simple routine at home, & Rain Organica started when her backpacking friends asked for a portable skincare routine to keep their skin healthy & happy on and off the trails.

Dr. Yass has authored three books; The Yass Method For Pain-Free Movement, The Pain Cure Rx and Overpower Pain. He performed a nationally televised PBS special which ran from 2015- 2017 called The Pain Prescription.

There is an incredible place you can visit and stay as long as you like for free. When you meditate you’ll eventually discover this amazing space between your thoughts and begin to experience the restorative value it holds for you.
Meditation is an experience that is practiced by people all around the world regardless of socio-economic status, race, religion, gender. It is for everyone and is always accessible.
If you’re quick to declare yourself a non meditator because you cannot slow your thoughts down or because you cannot sit still then please listen to this episode. You’re not alone in those feelings and you’re the perfect person to discover that stillness is not the absence of movement. It’s the quality of slowing down. To that end the harmony created from this simple practice has massive health benefits that have been scientifically supported. Physically the heart rate slows, blood pressure decreases and hormones are stabilized. Mentally and emotionally the clarity of thought returns. Reactive behaviours to emotional situations dissipate.
The benefits are clear cut. The evidence proves that meditation as a tool for wellness is solid. The only thing you need to do is decide to give yourself the grace to learn and practice. You won’t become a master right away but you will begin to experience the benefits immediately. It’s the greatest act raising your personal vibration and impacting others in the process.

Welcome to the PLANTING WILDFLOWERS podcast. I’m your host, Rebecca Leonardes and I couldn’t be happier that this moment is here. Sharing this podcast with you has been on my mind and in my heart for a long while. In fact I started a podcast a couple years back, did an episode or two and it fizzled out. From that I learned that just because you want to do something doesn’t necessarily mean the timing is right. Until it is...alignment is key when you’re bringing your work, your passion and ultimately your voice all together. So this moment in time is extra special to me because that alignment feels so awesome and now I get to invite you to hang out here in this space with me for an awesome experience.
