Chicos, finalmente he podido regresar con mis videos de la semana. Hoy traje un tema sobre bienestar personal, y quiero tocar específicamente, la rutina de sueño. Algunas cosas se me escaparon de los 3 min reglamentarios, así que lo verán en una segunda parte, y otras olvide mencionarlas.
Tomar agua es muy útil, cuando ya estableciste la hora a la que deseas levantarte. Los primeros días, es muy probable que no puedas dormirte en el horario establecido, y por eso es muy importante que seas firme en la hora de levantado, esta si la puedes decidir y esta en tus mano, aunque te estés muriendo de sueño, toma agua y empieza el día. Con el tiempo, a tu cuerpo le dará sueño en la hora que te propusiste.
Ayuda no sobrepensar en las noches, y aunque suene fácil de decir, es algo muy difícil dejar de hacer. Toca reestructurar los pensamientos y tu mente. El día es hoy, no mañana ni pasado. Cuando nos volvemos esclavos de estos pensamientos intrusivos, dejamos de vivir el presente, perdemos el foco, y nos hacemos cada vez más parte de este ciclo vicioso, en el que salir se nos hace casi imposible. Nos vemos incapaces de hacer "algo" por nuestras vidas, inútiles, y torpes, y podemos entrar en un episodio depresivo... Mi último consejo, es que si puedes reconocer esto en ti, por favor, pide ayuda...es lo más valiente, y el acto de amor más grande que puedes hacer por ti mismo.

¿Sera está la mejor luz para creadores de contenido? Estamos por averiguarlo en esta reseña que traje para ustedes, y con las mayor de las penas, puesto que la prometí hace tanto tiempo, que me avergüenza no subirla antes, pero miren, como dice el dicho: tarde pero seguro.
Evaluando las características y el precio total que pague, me parece una super luz, además de que su compacto tamaño la hace perfectamente portable. Está integrada con una batería, no depende exclusivamente de una fuente, y puedes tener cualquier color de la escala de colores, lo cual, en mi opinión, está increíble.
Olvide mencionar que la luz tuvo un costo de 30$, aprox. Depende de dónde la compres, y con que ofertas la encuentres. A ese precio la adquirí en Aliexpress. En Venezuela la busque y los precios no me convencieron, llegando a costar casi el doble.
Finalmente, se que les debo el tutorial, y eso no se me ha olvidado, es solo que trato de hacer las reseñas y tener toda la experiencia posible para orientarlos mejor, ya que también soy nueva en esto.
Esta luz también es buenísima para selfies y fotos de noche. Tal vez les muestre un ejemplo de como puede cambiar por completo tu resultado. Para retrato y fotografía funciona geniaaal.
En esta foto podemos ver a @wilddrumss, quien se dejó fotografíar por mi, en una ocasión casual para ver la diferencia con luz y sin luz Ulanzi.

Desde siempre, uno de mis objetivos al hablar de Hive, es sonar lo más sencilla y clara posible.
Para algunas personas no será lo ideal, pero para mí, es incluso más difícil que hablar desde el tecnisismo, ya que tienes que adaptar tu vocabulario, a uno universal. En el que, a todos pueda llegarles el mensaje.
Este es mi mensaje: Hive es un mundo de oportunidades, en el que todos tenemos espacio.
El color rojo en mi país tiene una connotación política, bastante marcada. Y debo admitir que esto en algún momento me hizo asociar el rojo con malos sentimientos... Luego de Hive, no quiero parar de vestir así. El rojo es pasión, es vida, amor, fuerza y valentía.
Por eso, luego de una década gris, y sin colores, Hive representa en mi suéter rojo, nuevamente la esperanza en mi vida.
Abriéndome puertas, que antes solo no existían.

Y si dentro de las prendas negras, hay diferentes texturas, se puede lograr un look genial.

Wow, no saben lo asustada que estaba de que no me diera tiempo de publicar, pero si estás leyendo esto, quiere decir que lo hice a tiempo.
Estaba muy nerviosa por esta semana, y el reto que conllevaría. A fin de cuentas, creo que este concurso a sacado lo mejor de nosotras, y nos ha retado verdaderamente. Al inicio sentía que el síndrome del impostor me acechaba todo el tiempo, pero ahora siento un alivio al entender que estoy en proceso de mejorar con cada reto, disfrutar cada paso y dar lo mejor de mi.
La comunidad de chicas que hemos creado, solo me hace pensar en una cosa: AMO SER MUJER. Y amo las mujeres que me rodean, y poderlas conocer a través de Hive.
Quiero felicitar a todas, y cada una, este es el primer mes. La primera semana se veía lejano, pero miren, ya lo estamos cerrando.

Wow, you don't know how scared I was that I wouldn't have time to post, but if you're reading this, it means I did it on time.I was so nervous about this week, and the challenge it would bring. En mi último post de Liketu, les comenté superficialmente que el día 17 de diciembre, fue un día especial para mí.
La pasé increíble, junto a algunos Hivers, y comimos delicioso... pero, esto estuvo a punto de no suceder.
En este video quería mostrarles mi experiencia, y a su vez, comentarles como fue mi experiencia siendo la organizadora.
Para mí está experiencia no es nueva, ya que el primer Meetup de Hive en el estado, lo planifique yo. Sin embargo está vez fue diferente por varios puntos:
• La inversión de dinero de cada Hiver era el doble. (Un plato navideño completo requiere una inversión de dinero no menor de de 10$, en un local con comodidades)
• Habían muchos Hivers enfermos o fuera de la ciudad para el día.
• Durante este mes, al menos dos Hivers han tenido pérdidas familiares significativas.
Todos estos puntos, sumado al poco tiempo, y mis propias responsabilidades, me hacían estar de muy poco animo.
Hasta el último día estuve correteando en busca de alguna de las cosas que hacían falta para el evento, pero valió toda la pena. Creo que necesitábamos justamente compartir en familia... Si, porque Hive para mí es una familia. Fue un encuentro que nos renovó la batería y nos dejó deseando más.
Quiero dar mis más sinceros agradecimientos a todos, y a @hivecreatorsday por su apoyo. 💜
In my last Liketu post, I told you superficially that December 17th was a special day for me.
I had an amazing time, together with some Hivers, and we ate delicious food... but, this almost didn't happen.

This is not a new experience for me, since I planned the first Hive Meetup in the state. However, this time it was different for several reasons:

Este video, si no mal recuerdo, lo prometí la semana pasada; y como lo prometido es deuda, aquí lo traigo. Saben que a mí me gusta mucho CapCut, porque es una app de edición de videos para SmartPhone bastante útil y completa, tanto que, en mi caso, ha reemplazado las app de PC.
Para tener buenas funciones de edición desde una PC, necesitas una buena PC, y como no es mi caso, y estoy aspirando a conseguir una, uso capcut mientras tanto. Claro, hay cosas que no se pueden editar desde un teléfono, pero las más sencillas si.
Creare una serie de videos en los que mostraré más cositas que hacen ver más bonitos los vídeos.

Siempre había prometido unos tutoriales de capcut, y nunca los traía, pero es que a veces siento que mi conocimiento es básico, y cuando creo que he acabado de entender a capcut, nuevamente actualizan, y nos traen una nueva herramienta.
Esta es una de mis app fav, y no es por nada, es casi tan completa como un programa de edición de PC, y lo mejor, es que para quienes no tenemos una buena PC, nos saca de muchos apuros.
Traje estos tips, esperando que les ayuden y consigan darle uso. Yo edito todo con capcut, y me ha ayudado mucho, pero si quisieran ver tutoriales desde las cosas más básicas, hasta las más avanzadas, háganmelo saber.
Si ya actualizaron la app, y el último hack no les funciona, existe la posibilidad de instalar la versión APK con error, o buscar las plantillas manualmente por tiktok (sin embargo está última opción no me gusta mucho, pero podría explicárselas también).

I said it was a "mental block" trying maybe not to worry anyone, but I think I did it more to fool myself.
The truth is that I'm not well.
I don't feel 100% and the first step to fix it, is to acknowledge it.
For some reason I don't know, for my whole life I have been ashamed to admit that I don't feel "right". I try to hide and shelter under a facade of indifference so it doesn't show, but I think it's time to let that go... I'm hurting myself.
And after all... It's okay not to be okay.
It sounds easy and it's easy to say. But understanding it, however, not so much.

Ep. 1 Not finding a valid reason
The fucked up thing about feeling bad, for no physical reason, is that you have no way to show that you are not well. And it seems like you're always giving a bad excuse to stop doing everything... If you had an injury in your hands that made you unable to use them, you'd show it and that's it.

I have days where I can't do anything but listen to myself say I'm not capable, not enough. My breathing has weird lapses where it flutters and hitches at the same time, but I'm not running or doing cardio. It's when I'm on the edge, and I'd like to turn off the imaginary camera and scream cut! To film I don't like anymore... Say the protagonist is indisposed, and stop writing the story.
I want to be alone, but I don't want to feel alone... it's not the same, as strange as it may sound.
However I am burdened with so many bad emotions, and I don't want to drag anyone into this.
