Skylar Neese was a 16 year old girl who was setting herself up for her best life before two people, who were supposed to be her best friends, ripped it away from her.
Sheila Eddy and Rachel Shoaf took Skylar away from the world and gave Skylar's parents a life sentence without their little girl.
