The culmination of an incredible season in the NFL with two 4th ranked teams representing the league in it's biggest game. The excitement was palpable and the game didn't disappoint. Join Ian to relive the wild back and forth battle between the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams for the Super Bowl trophy. Two amazingly close and exciting conference championship games capped off the this years NFL playoffs and Ian reviews all the highs and lows from a weekend that spawned heartbreak for fan bases of 2 teams and elation for 2 others. As always, Ian will throw in a football food interlude, this time inspired by the Lunar New Year. If you saw the games, you can imagine how he feels about his fan favorite team, the SF 49ers, with Super Bowl hopes on the line.
Arguably the most exciting, nail biting, hair pulling, teeth clenching playoff weekend in NFL history, and Ian relives the excitement, the thrills, the chills, the heart break, and jubilation. Featuring the most exciting game of the week, his surviving fan favorite (the SF 49ers), and he'll even point out a few lame ducks along the way. The NFL Playoffs finally arrived and some truly fantastic performances were on display all weekend, and quite a few let downs and surprising lame ducks as well. Ian will cover it all including the 2 most exciting games of the week highlighted by one of his Fan Favorite teams, the San Francisco 49ers! He'll also throw in a football food interlude to inspire your tastebuds from this historic weekend of football.
The 2021/22 NFL regular season is in the books and week 18 provided some truly epic upsets, comebacks, and jaw dropping moments including the most exciting game of the year! Ian will cover all games, share his final thoughts on the teams that didn't make it to the big tournament, feature his fan favorites, the pivotal playoff picture deciding moments, the lame ducks, and of course a football food interlude to spark your tastebuds.
2nd to last game of the season and most playoffs teams were decided this week and there were a handful of truly exciting games. Some great comebacks and a couple almost comeback added nerve wracking tension and Ian will cover all of the fantastic moments including the top 5 most exciting games of the week, some hot takes, his fan favorites, the lame ducks and of course a football food interlude to inspire your taste-buds for game-day.
Week 16 nearly crushed the playoff hopes of a few teams while solidifying multiple teams opportunity to go to the big dance. Covid Omicron raged through the league like never before, seemingly dictating multiple games along the week. Ian will get into all the upsets, blowouts, most exciting games of the week, lame ducks, his fan favorites, with a couple football food interludes along the way, Christmas weekend style. So grab some Egg Nog, put a log on the fire, sit back and relax and enjoy the recap and Ian's take on all the craziness as the NFL counts down to the playoffs.
With four weeks to go in the NFL season, week 15 was drenched with potential playoff implications while the league was mired in Covid outbreaks forcing postponements of multiple games for the first time this year, but the slate of games didn't disappoint, providing for some epic clashes; a few shocking upsets; and some truly lame ducks. Ian will cover it all including the 5 most exciting games of the week, his fan favorites, and some eclectic food recommendations during his football food interlude.
Week 14 offered NFL fans a very uneven slate of games, but amidst the dribble rose some of the most exciting games of the year. Ian covers all the action, the lame ducks, the explosive plays, and the pivotal moments as the end of the season quickly approaches and many NFL team's playoff chances hang in the balance. Of course Ian will give a little extra love to his fan favorite Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos (Rest in Peace Demaryius Thomas), and San Francisco 49ers, and of course offer some great football food recommendations during his football food interlude.
Week 13 brought the excitement back to the NFL after an uneven week 12. There was a handful of truly gripping games, some key shake-ups to the playoff picture and and one very exciting upset and Ian will cover it all while mixing it up a bit by adding a few countdowns to determine the lamest of the ducks, the most exciting game of the week and the best football food Ian enjoyed in week 13. Of course he'll also touch on his fan favorites and plenty of hot takes of the ups and downs across the country as the NFL heads into it's 4th quarter of the season.
The Thanksgiving football weekend provided a full platter of NFL excitement, satisfaction, and disappointment and Ian covers it all including the perfectly baked up 3 for 3 moment of his Fan Favorites, some overcooked lame ducks, and a turkey day game that proved to be the most exciting game of the week. And there was food too...lots of food!
Another wild week in the 11 where some great teams lost to inferior opponents and left NFL football fans more confused than we've been all season as to who the best teams in the League. Ian will dive into the most exciting games of the week, which players and teams were lame ducks, some great football food recommendations and his take on all the games as we head toward the Thanksgiving weekend.
It was a wild, sloppy week of football with plenty of upsets, Lame ducks and a few nice surprises and Ian will cover it all including the most exciting games of the weeks and of course his fan favorites, and he's even got some football food recommendations to.
The NFL Season is officially halfway over and Ian examines the current landscape of the AFC and the NFC and which teams are heading to the big tournament, which teams are in the hunt, and which ones are on life support.
