We hosted Ms. Sharwari Pandit. She spoke to us about the introduction of Central Bank Digital Currencies, their usage, difference with the present payment methods, challenges and security concerns.
Celebrity Lawyer, Mr. Sanjoy Ghose spoke to our host Aryaman about changed dynamics of Courts in India after COVID, he has shared some interesting instances from his legal career that spans for more than 25 years and why is he still a "struggling lawyer". The episode ended with his invaluable suggestions to young litigants.
We hosted Dr. Akhil Prasad, General Counsel and Member Board of Directors for Boeing India. We got the honour to host Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law on the topic of Cyber Victimology. Prof. Bajpai talked about Victim's perspective in the commission of Cyber Crime, advancement of technology and proximity to threats. Dr. Gaurav Gupta is the first Indian to earn a doctorate in the field of digital forensics. He was bestowed with the Young Scientist Award of the Indian Science Congress in 2010 by the Man of Science, Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Gaurav is on a mission to create awareness about technological frauds in society. He has been a mentor and guide to many research students and interns. He has a rich experience 20 years. He has worked in Big 4 and served as a faculty member at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi. He is currently an additional director with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. He has delivered over a 150 talks, including keynotes, and has published more than 60 technical research papers. He is the author of bestseller book "Cyber Unsafe" available on amazon.
In this podcast, he has spoken to us on ways in which we can ensure cyber security that start from changing few settings on our device itself, there are voids that the cyber criminals exploit. Dr. Gupta also talked about the psychological manipulations that are been done by frauds.
