Prerona the name is the embodiment of inspiration was born into a middle-class family in the small railway township of Kharagpur, India with strong Indian values. As a Physics graduate she joined Wipro (One of India’s Largest Global Conglomerate) but in 2005, life had something different in store for her where she survived 80% burn injuries that left her crippled for months together. After working several years in the USA and leading businesses worth 20 million US Dollars she returned to India with the intent of giving back to the community and business around.
Prerona founded Inspire Excellence to influence Performance, whether in Business or Individuals, vide influencing People, Perception and Process. She has enabled many large enterprises and business owners with her performance coaching sessions and also helped them to set up processes to deliver results. She is a Leadership Expert and is certified by Dr. John C Maxwell to bring his resources to the world. She is also a certified Behaviour Analyst and Global Career Counsellor from UCLA.
In 2019 she was conferred the Title ‘Shakti’ (Women Power) with 25 other women in Kolkata, for their work as changemakers. Prerona, has been a speaker at several forums on Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Positive Mindset.
Her life mantra, “Accidents are commas to stop and rethink how we can relive life and do things more meaningfully”.
