Our Lord, Creator, and Savior demonstrates incredible humility that we should offer each other!
We can do nothing for the forgiveness we have in Christ… except to forgive others also?
As far as the east is from the west our guilt is gone, but what can we do when we still feel guilty?
How can we challenge our own beliefs, behaviors, or opinions to make it easier for others to come to know Christ?
What or whom are we willing to submit to avoid giving difficult parts of our lives to Jesus? Let’s pray over our opportunity to experience more of Christ’s love and righteousness.
Jesus, our high priest, prayed not only for his disciples but also for those that would believe through them. This is that prayer.
Jesus prays for us! He asks that not that we be taken from this world but rather that we are kept from the evil one.
Jesus is always there ready whether we fall or stand strong to temptation. Failure doesn’t have to be the end.
Rather than be disappointed at lost people being lost look for the opening to share the good news with them.
Choose today to continue the ministry of John and indeed Jesus in building God’s kingdom.
Sure God wants us to be happy, but is that his top priority and how can we cope with it if not?
Let’s face it. Not every road will get you where you want to go and many of the ones you can take in life can actually go nowhere.
May we pray meaningfully over our worship areas just as the Solomon and the nation of Israel over the first temple.
God has done incredible things. Once Israel responded to him with round the clock worship. What could this look like for us?
