So, I came across this song because I listened to another artist that somehow have the same Genre or vibe, and I didn't realize that this is the same person who popularized the song "Heart Break Anniversary", which by the way made it big in 2021 -2022, well it was one of the greatest hits that was played over and over in TikTok which became a trend.
But yes, if we really listen hard and check the lyric, it is a sad song aside from it's melody, mainly because as the title itself, it was a heartbreak anniversary.
Now, I don't know if this song was a prelude because it talks about still thinking about the person, I guess it really is hard to move on, after so many years, even if you have lived separate lives now and you think that you are happy, but the memories of the special times you shared together will haunt you.
I am just celebrating Giveon, one of the artists that are underrated, I hope that he gets more attention, this man is simply singing what I truly feel right now.
