Where's the fun (WTF) if you want to ride your motorcycle?  It has been snowing or with subzero temps the past few weeks.  Plus I have been involved in training for a new job that has kicked my butt.  I apologize for not realizing that a motorcycle podcat on the east coast might be seasonal like our riding season.  I am not trying to go out like that though and know there listeners that ride no matter what or got something good going on that you can share.  I want to be that conduit.  Send me some content.  Let me know if I can help spread your message, event, etc. Http://motorcycleradio.us

Just wanted to share with you what is going on this week.  No show per se, as I am in the midst of training for a new job.  If you haven't left a review on iTunes for me please do.

Riding is about freedom. As you think about riding or getting your next or first bike, remember its personal. We appreciate freedom. Don’t forget that when you start thinking of that first bike. The bike you choose or ride says a lot about you. There is a tool for every job and a bike for every slob.

Simple Man - Bad Company

I am just a simple man, working on the land
Oh it ain't easy
I am just a simple man, working with my hands
Oh believe me
Freedom is the only thing means a damn to me
Oh you can't fake it
Freedom is the only song, sings a song for me
Oh we're gonna make it

I am feeling this Christmas season right now and wish you a Happy Holiday season no matter what you celebrate.

On September 19th, I test rode Harley Davidson’s prototype electric motorcycle the LiveWire.  While electric vehicles are not new, the iconic motorcycle company whose culture is based on tradition and nostalgia just took a leap into the future.  They did it up royally and brought a bunch of bikes, the dyna machine, and a booth babe.  This was all done at Rommels Harley Davidson in Annapolis, Maryland.

I like women in our community.  They really make the community what it is or what it could be.

This week I got the opportunity to talk to two women making a difference. First we will hear from  Liza of Motorcycles and Misfits podcast and Re-Cycle Garage.  She has built a community of DIY mechanics.  And then Anatasia J. of 2 million Bikers to DC.  She shares what is happening here in DC on 9/11.

last week I created my first ebook and audio version of it called Who Wants A Motorcycle?

the show went a little long this week as I had three guest, the president of ABATE NY, Deuce returns to talk about some great places to ride and a surprise guest - Ginger Lynn the actress.  Each has one common theme, FREEDOM.  And I love it.  Its' all about attitude.  On this weeks show you are going to hear three different people.  This is one of the reasons I love podcasting.  I get to do this regularly.   If you like what you hear, please share.

As we grow or RADIO out from center the conversation this week touches on the fact that 1 in 4 riders is female. I am glad about it. I got a chance to learn a bunch in several conversations about woman motorcyclist. She is one half of a two person team called Leadermotorcycles.com.
