If I asked you to name all the things you love, how long would it take for you to name yourself?
How do you practice self-love?
A fundamental principle of our existence is to love, appreciate and honor all creatures, but you must also learn to love yourself.
As Roney mentioned in this episode, whether you are at the top of the top or the bottom of the bottom, you are still going to hurt somebody by being you.
While love remains at the center of our coexistence, self-love is critical when building strong relationships with others.
Appreciate your uniqueness by practicing self-love more often.

When dealing with negative emotions, it is crucial to identify the issues stressing you out and the best strategies for solving them. Understanding the source of your emotions and breaking them down into manageable chunks will help you avoid having negative emotions affect your capacity to be productive. Due to missed expectations, we frequently find ourselves coping with self-inflicted wrath, but it's essential to realize that your feelings do not determine who you are. Remember to appreciate who you are rather than letting outside circumstances riddle you out of your routines.

Also, when your actions matches your words there is no room for doubt from yourself or others. As we mature through this journey of self improvement, consistently finding ways to develop and improve ourselves we learn before someone can earn trust, their actions must follow their words. That is because actions are never lies in fact, it shows people always do exactly what they want to do whether it's in the past, present or future.

In this episode, Roney and Francis discuss how poor preparation prevents poor performance. In the light of Hurricane Ian and many families who were affected by mother nature running its course. The two found this time critical to shed some light on some best practices as well as why preparing yourself for the worse case scenario, despite not knowing what can come from it. Let's be honest, if you prepare for something and nothing happens GREAT! However, if you prepare for something and a lot more happens then you anticipated at least you are not starting from ground zero. Although it is important to prepare for what's to come it is equally as important to be present as tomorrow is never promised.
Now ask yourself, what are you going to do if ____ were to happen? This question alone should help you prepare for anything good or bad.

In this episode, Roney and Francis discuss their unique perspective on suffering. Human suffering is a very complex subject that is likely impossible to comprehend fully. It is a topic that people have debated since the beginning of recorded history. Suffering can be found in every form of art that man has created. Suffering can be found in our paintings, poetry, music, plays, and anything else imaginable. However, we as a society continue to struggle with the concept of suffering. Some people, in my opinion, grasp the concept of suffering better than others, but no one person will ever fully comprehend it in all its forms. A person may only understand their own personal suffering, not suffering as a whole.

In this episode, Roney and Francis talk about the effects of fear in our lives. Fear and doubt are the product of external factors that are often out of our control.
