Happy Valentines Day ExtraOrdinary Being
In this week’s episode, we want to check in on our mental and physical health while we celebrate Love Day.
Often times, today consist of couples showering each other with roses and gifts while the world watches in awe. Even though it is such a beautiful thing, it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t all enjoy the love this day has to offer. I challenge you to show yourself the love that you desire from a spouse, a relationship, friends, family, etc. Wine and dine yourself, get dressed up and go out, buy yourself some chocolate, watch your favorite movie, sing 90s love songs to yourself in the mirror.. Whatever you have to do to show yourself that you are in love with yourself. All of the beauty and love that you desire is already within you. Enjoy your “Love Day” regardless of who’s there and love yourself everyday from this day forward.
