Cing breaks down his collection of hot sauces and we get a comprehensive Power Rankings from 15th place all the way to the number one spot.

Short eppy today, boys are back after a week off to get after it. We start off with a call from regular guest Kelby Picard who gives his analysis on the Jays start to the season, as well as some other teams that have caught his eye early in the season. After some Baker Mayfield slander, we get into the mailbag to answer some of the burning questions from our fans. Then, we finish off with some NHL talk and some other loose ends from the world of sports.
The boys rattle off some Awards predictions as the NHL season comes to a close, and also chat about some of the biggest news in Hockey right now. There's also some big news in the NFL, as Bruce Arians retires to the front office and Bobby Wagner signs a big deal to join the Rams in LA. Finally, we finish off with some baseball talk and predictions for Opening Day.
With Spring Training underway and not a whole lot else going on, now's a good time to preview the upcoming baseball season. The boys predict the standings for the upcoming baseball season, give award predictions, and share other thoughts on what's sure to be a crazy season.
We thought after last week that the big names in the NFL were done being traded, but we were DEAD wrong. Deshaun Watson, Matt Ryan, Davante Adams, and Tyreek Hill all find themselves with new teams within the last week, and the boys are a little shocked. We break these moves down and what this means for some other teams in the league, and go over just how tight the AFC will be this year. We then chop it up about the recent NHL Trade Deadline, including the One Take Certified Winners and Losers™ of the deadline, and how this shakes up the playoff picture. We finish up with a lil somethin somethin on Spring Training as the second MLB offseason is over!

We take down Mailbag, and then Randy and Middy have a spirited conversation on whether or not Ovi will ever pass The Great One in goals.
The boys are not happy about the MLB Lockout plain and simple. We dive in to the growing tensions between players and owners, and begin to preview the MLB season that probably won’t happen. The good news is that the NFL Combine is underway and there’s lots of hot topics, such as Kenny Pickett’s baby hands and the buzz around Ikem Ekwonu potentially going 1st overall. Not to mention, we have a new 40 yard dash record holder. Moving into the NHL, we start to take a look at Cap situations in the league as the Trade Deadline comes closer.
Baghead has returned once again to join the boys as we look at the hottest topics and rumours during the first week of the NFL Offseason. Lots to talk about in the NHL as well. Leafs goaltenders have been struggling, both Alberta teams are hot, and Cole Caufield has been lighting it up under Marty St Louis. We also take a look at the hottest trade commodities in the league right now and try and make some sense of where they may wind up. Finally, we get some updates on the MLB Lockout as time for a full season is running out.
