What would you do when most VCs and investors you pitch to, discourage you from building your venture?

In a space you are convinced can be a game-changer and impact more than 150 million Indians facing some degree of hair fall and balding, while potentially disrupting a USD 12 Billion market for hair solution brands?

What started as a very personal journey of Saloni Anand supporting her husband Altaf in reversing Thyroid through Ayurveda, and eventually had him experience hair regrowth also became an idea they started to explore as a venture.

Starting with 55 lives successfully impacted as a proof of concept, is now a venture clocking INR 150 Crores in revenue with 93% success rate.

Out of the 2.5 Lakhs customers, only 89 have thus far asked for refunds.

Today, we have Saloni Anand, the Co-Founder of Traya Health, a revolutionary venture focused on hair care and hair health. Coming from a family background in allopathic medicine, Saloni had to unlearn and learn to bring Ayurvedic solutions to over 2.5 Lakh+ customers.

Saloni's path to entrepreneurship is unique. Initially trained as an engineer, she later found herself leading product strategy and marketing for a B2B tech company.

Together with her life and business partner, she embarked on her first entrepreneurial journey with Traya Health.

From overcoming investor scepticism to successfully raising VC funding and scaling the venture within a short span, Saloni shares her personal journey of growth and transformation.
