By all means, please cry.

It’s to cry, in fact, this act comes with some benefits. Crying relieves stress and eases off some of the pain, confusion, and bottled-up feelings you might be experiencing.

The real problem comes when you decide to dwell in this place. Interestingly, there are some people who enjoy the place of despair, self-pity, anger, etc. If this is you, please consider seeking medical attention because you really need help. (BTW, this is not a joke).

When you cry, cry in your safe place(s). For me, it’s in God’s presence. There’s more to this episode so I hope you listen and share the link and episode art.

Remember, I love you but God loves you more.

Sometimes, I struggle to come up with new ideas or work smoothly.

Can you relate to this? If you can, let's talk about managing this thing called "Creator's Block." If you can’t, you can still learn a thing or two.

A creative block is a condition that makes it challenging for writers, poets, artists, and other creatives to advance and produce anything new. It may seem like your mind is empty during this phase, but that's not entirely true. In reality, you're taking a break and processing things. Life is still happening!

Join me and Wasiu in this episode as we share our own experiences and the lessons we've learned when we faced our creative blocks.

By the way, we've also recorded a video of this episode! Keep an eye out for it on my Facebook and Instagram profiles, @Klevartalk!"

You have two choices: Cry in anger and denial or contribute towards prosperity.

Nigeria's 16 President was sworn into office on May 29, 2023, and most of the country is going through emotions ranging from shock, horror, anger, denial, and stubbornness. Here's a truth, your feelings are valid but none of these matter because like it or not, he that is allegedly a drug baron is now legally recognized as the President of Nigeria.

I believe that we can move from these feelings to identifying how we can contribute towards making Nigeria a nation we can genuinely be proud of - one full of love, jobs, and prosperity, a country where the divide between the poor and the rich reduces. It's very possible but it begins with you and me.

So, what will you do? Continue to live in denial or get up, get out and begin to act? Welcome to Episode 3 of Season 3 on Klevartalk.

You and I can both relate to some of these themes: fear, procrastination, doubt, imposter syndrome, laziness, okay with the mediocre....This episode acknowledges that while these labels are valid, they are not enough to make us stop our dreams. It's okay to pause but to completely kill that dream? Nahhh... At the end of the day, consistency brings rewarding results. What to do to break free from the chains of these labels? Find your tribe, the people who share the same values as you do, those who inspire you to dare, to reach for more and better! This is Klevartalk. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/klevartalk/message

From shouting against the timing of the cashless policy to pounding the streets looking for cash. Even though we’ve got money in our accounts. And it’s no surprise we’ve been looking for this new gold, everybody needs cash. One disturbing thing is that the CBN did not do much since the policy was introduced in 2012, until now. Why are we dealing with this now that we have such a sensitive, make-or-break election happening? In this episode, I share points addressing why I am for and against the cashless policy. It’s a wild ride on this episode. My name is Klevar Ocholi and this is Klevartalk. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/klevartalk/message

For a few seconds, I considered deleting this recording; I didn't want to upload it as a new episode because it was too... bare, revealing and honest. This episode is titled, "Never would have it" and then a side note that says, "the Love of God". Of course, if you know the Lord's prayer, the next line that would come to mind is, "and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit". I believe that this episode is one of the most beautiful things I've created this year on Klevartalk. No Klevar without Jesus. Whatever you do, remember that God loves you more. God bless you. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/klevartalk/message

The world sets standards of what beauty should look like for people of different heights, colours, and shapes.

My question is, how do you define beauty? How do you see yourself?

If you asked me, I'll say that I'm learning to see myself through the eyes of God.

Overall, that's the message my friend and brother, Revelation WordBank shared in his poem titled, “Hey Beautiful”. It's on Klevartalk as a standalone podcast but we decided to talk about this poem, why it's important, why you need to absorb these words.

One more thing, yeah? This piece was created with the female in mind. Send it to them, these words communicate love, respect, value and honour.

Dear Female, you are precious in the eyes of God. What matters most is that you see yourself through His eyes, through the lens of love.

Japa Nation (Season 2, Episode 15)

The term 'Japa' refers to a state of mind, but it is also used to represent the process and act of leaving Nigeria.

Nigeria is experiencing a troubling phase of brain drain as a result of the 'Japa' state of mind, with reports indicating a high number of resignations. You might even be relocating to a foreign country soon; if not, it may be a family member, a friend, a neighbor, or someone you know through another person.

What does this mean for the five of us who are still in Nigeria? Opportunities!

That's where I come in; on the new episode of Klevartalk (titled "Japa Nation"), I share pointers on how to deal with and capitalize on this situation.

Shout out to @Beebatalks, who inspired this episode along with my own experience. Music featured in this episode are the intellectual property of the artistes. Credit goes to Tuface Idibia, Mavin Records.

Femi, Maroof and I had a lot of fun on this episode!

Conversations like this exist to change systems. Too often, we're guilty of assuming on behalf of others - we assume we're in a relationship with someone even when it was never discussed. We assume we'll get a negative response and so we decide to not ask. We assume a person is wicked and we judge them without knowing them for real. We assume this and that. We don't stop there, we take it a step further by operating according to that assumption.

When the time comes for facts check, I'll stay real with you, we were never in this together. It's not me, it's you.

When there's a (grass) root problem, the top (leaders) will be corrupt. We cannot continue repeating bad habits and expect to see a change in our society; we cannot continue to groom bribery and corruption at the lowest level in our individual lives and expect a change. When you think love, who comes to mind? For Isaac and myself, it's Jesus. Who do you run to in times of trouble? For Isaac and I, it's Jesus. Jesus, God's son came to give us an abundant life, he is love personified. The name Jesus is a strong tower, the righteous run in and are safe. At the mention of his name, restoration takes place, miracles happen, demons flee, his is the name that is above all names and he gives to us the peace that surpasses all understanding. Aramaic Bible in Plain English “There is no greater love than this: that a person would lay down his life for the sake of his friends.” John 15:13. The Bible records that He went about doing good so much so that people marveled asking, “What manner of man is this?” He is Yeshua Hamashiach, the King of Kings, the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the Lion and the Lamb. Thank you for your love, Lord. This episode is all about the man called Jesus, let all glory and honour be ascribed unto him alone. Dive in to hear my guest, Re Ve Lation.

Sometimes, the reason why we wait to do or execute a thing is because we're afraid it will fail. In the wait period that we drag, we become our own enemy because we make up excuses to not move from point A to point B. You can only plan for so long really. My guest and business partner Marwan tells us the story of how he launched his business, how he made 60k on the first sellout and couldn't sell the next batch of goods. The story is different today, there's an expansion beyond selling fabrics. Not to sound like cliché but here's a truth: IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU “FAIL” , WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT YOU DO AFTER! Say that put loud to yourself. So like Marwan, JUST START!

The formative years of a human being are so precious, it's important we check what we expose children to. Did you know? Deeper than a mother's love is God's love. “Jeremiah.29.11 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Let the little children know God, create a healthy environment for spiritual growth. A balanced life for the kids. My guest, Ruth says there's no fulfillment without preaching to kids, it's who she is, her ministry.
