Welcome to my podcast series!!! I’m so happy you’ve decided to be a part of my self discovery journey with God, this just gives an insight to personal decisions, questions and struggles I go through as a Christian girl🤗. Get ready for the good, the bad, the happy, the sad, the amazing, the terrible and so many other emotions I can’t wait to experience with every single one of you. Thank you for being a huge part of this journey. I love you❤️
As we’ve concluded our lessons from the book of acts we’re being reminded In this episode of our role here on earth as Christ’s ambassadors, that should make us want to be better in every area of our lives not just focusing on the spiritual and leaving other areas of our lives. We can do better as Christians!! A lot of happening around us now is not the time to sit back and be quiet!
Acts 9:1-19 is about the conversion of Saul on his was to persecute Christians the things that stuck out to me about this story is how God qualifies the called, He doesn’t call the qualified! He doesn’t need you to be perfect He just needs you to listen and obey, we also see here that although Saul were with some people they didn’t get saved even after hearing the voice and seeing Saul become blind they still didn’t get saved! Some people are not saved because they choose to not be some people have been held captive by the lies of the devil that it’s going to take a lot more for them to accept the truth of the gospel so we need to be patient and prayerful when it comes ti evangelism and lastly we see how receptive Ananias was tor he instruction from God!!
Have we noticed that when you first get saved there’s this constant yearning for Godly things but as time goes we start to feel “mature” enough like we know enough and that yearning slowly dies down. In Acts 8:26-40 we see the story of Philip and the Eunuch, we see how eager he was to know about God and to saved and baptized, we see how he went on a personal journey of worship and also Bible study to know God for himself. Knowing God for yourself can never be over emphasized but we also need to be careful to not get too comfortable and “lose our wonder” the things that first made us happy when we got saved should constantly make us happy till we die, Christianity is not a movie where you’re looking for the next best thing you focus on the true wonder which is Christ and you never lose that admiration and love for Him.
Lessons from the book of Acts- Humility From Acts 8: 4-25, we see the story of Phillip, Simon and Peter. From this we see how Peter was quick to tell Simon the truth and rebuke him but an another amazing thing people don’t see here is how Simon responded to that rebuke, he responded in a very humble and honest way!! Sometimes we tend to judge people based off our own experiences and expectations but we should try and see people from a different view a view filled love, compassion and empathy because some people are genuinely lost and as Christians it’s our duty to put them on the right path…
In Acts 8 we see Saul persecuting the church which led to the Christians scattering to Judea and Samaria bringing more people to the light of the gospel, Saul meant the persecution for evil but it was just one of the ways God used to spread the gospel, the disciples were instructed to go to these places but after the persecution Christians had to go there, it may have looked like an inconvenience then but it was all a part of God’s grand scheme. Never be discouraged about the happenings right now just rest in the fact that it is all a part of Gods grand scheme and it shall end up for your good.
Todays episode is from Acts:6-7 here we learn about Stephen who was the first martyr, he was picked to be a server but we see that he still used that as a means to still fulfill purpose which was to know Christ and make him known, he never hesitated to preach to people which was why he had soo much hate enough hate to want to be killed but even at the end we still see him praying for their forgiveness. It’s one thing to know the word, but it’s another thing to live the word, we see Stephen boldly leaving the word here
Todays lesson is taken from acts 5:17-42. Here we see the apostles being rescued from prison but still being persecuted and this sprung up joy from their hearts. I know it might seem crazy right? Like why weren’t they angry or sad? Well they knew they had signed up for persecutions but nothing ever really prepares you for that still. Trusting in God helps your faith and confidence in Him because you know that no matter what happens it’s going to work for your good, just the same way the apostles knew that the suffering they experienced was nothing compared to the glory that awaits them so even before they were killed they continued to trust Him. Soo today let’s decide in our hearts to continue to put our trust in Him no matter how it may seem or look, our Father who knows the end from the beginning is right beside us in every situation
Today’s lesson is taken from Acts 5:1-11 the story of Ananias and Sapphira. Wanting to receive praises from people is a feature of a “Baby Christian” we should all grow in our walk with God to a point where human praises does not change anything, our mind should constantly me checked to be sure we are on the right path doing things for the right season because we still have a body with a flesh so sometimes things might tilt to the flesh but we have been empowered by the spirit and soo we have the ability to continually walk and be strengthened by the spirit. Make a conscious effort to always ask yourself “why” before doing certain things and give room for repentance and correction
Your feelings, past experiences or concerns can’t change the word of God, Jesus Christ is the only way and nothing is going to change that because that’s what the word of God says even if people go out of their way to try to disprove the truth. Seek the truth for yourself and you will see that there’s no other way than the way of Jesus!!
In this episode we talk about the miracle Peter performed at the beautiful gate Acts 3:1-11. Isn’t it funny how the beggar asked for money instead of healing? That’s because of how he saw Peter and this is what happens to us now, we have limited God’s work in our lives because of how we see Him. Miracles start in our minds we get somewhere when we start seeing ourselves somewhere so how best can you imagine a place that is clearly beyond your imaginations? Allowing God take control of your imaginations and shaping your mind with the word!!
In Acts 2:42-47, we see the first community of believers there are so many scriptures that talk about the importance of church and this honestly cannot be over emphasized, there’s a reason the devil tries to constantly attack the church to keep people away because he knows how powerful the gathering of the saints is. Please nobody is perfect so we’re prone to error but let’s not allow human eyes errors keep us from experiencing an amazing community.
In Acts 2 we see the manifestation of the spirit through Peter where he preached and about 3000 people were added to the church, the same Peter that denied Jesus in front of slave less than 2 months after is preaching a storm! This is nothing but the display of the Holyspirit in evangelism
Todays episode is taken from Acts 1:21-26 we see the disciples although they were told to wait until the promise of the father they already started preparations which included prayerfully selecting a replacement for Judas. In this your season of waiting what are you doing to prepare you for what God would have you do? Yes prayers are important but are you also putting in the work? Taking those courses? Improving that skill? We need to prioritize physical preparations as much as we prioritize spiritual preparations.
Lesson 1- Wait on the Lord, Acts 1:4-8. Here we see Jesus tell the disciples to wait for the promise of the Holyspirit before they leave Jerusalem we can liken this to what happens in our lives today… in this new year there are so many promises our Father has given us and it involves waiting and putting in the work, we need to draw strength from prayers and from His word because not a word said concerning us will fall to the ground void…. Wait on Him His time is ALWAYS perfect.
This is the final episode for the year and I’m truly grateful to everyone that supported the podcast. I pray that the next year exceeds our expectations. Happy new year family
Being comfortable sometimes can be a bad thing cause we need to be out of our comfort zone to actually see what we know and this is the same thing with the manifestation of the Spirit, you have to be on the field and be faced with a challenge like a sick person to really see the power of God work and heal… you’ve prayed it’s time to go out and see the mighty power of God evident through you!!
When it comes to the workings of the Spirit within us there is only one thing that can limit Him which is US, can be our minds giving us limitations, it can be in the form of fear, it can be us not knowing what to expect or what to do. From the encounter following the Pentecost In the book of acts we know that the Spirit can do way more than we can imagine or think, all we need to do is just let go and let Him. I pray that after today’s episode we receive the grace to fully yield to the Spirit.
Yes this earth isn’t our home but for now we are living in a body that is subject to wear and tear so we need to take good care of ourselves so we can be as productive as we would want to be with the help of the spirit. Your health is important!!
Honestly being a good Christian can be tricky and a bit more tasking than you think but the goodnews is we have the holyspirit Our Helper that’s more than available to help make it an easy process if we just allow Him.
God is always working even when we don’t see it and the minute we actually sit back and reflect we see his hand at work in every area of our lives. This episode is a reminder to always be grateful and trust the process.
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”Romans 8:35 NKJVLove is the foundation of our faith, everything stems from His love and although we can never fully understand it we need to always be conscious of it!
I don’t know why I have been thinking a lot about people that haven’t been saved like what will happen to them when Jesus comes back or when they even die. The gospel is an urgent message that really needs to be delivered as quickly as possible, I pray the Lord gives us new tactics and ways to be sleek so sleek that people don’t even realized they are being preached to when we talk!
Honestly I can’t even explain how this episode was all I know is that it’s a mixture of a lot of emotions and questions
As much as studying the Bible requires a lot of effort and dedication the benefits are so amazing, we need to be thoroughly equipped with the word that’s literally how we fight our battles. Start today! No matter how slow or how fast just start and give it your best you’re going to be really shocked at what you had sitting in your Bible for this long…
The title already tells you every thing you need to know about this episode. I am soo soo sorry I have been MIA since, I’m back and I’m better I promise!
We need to study to show our self approved, rightly giving the word and always ready to give a defense for what we believe in. The gospel is not a story we just believe because we don’t have a choice, our religion is a religion of facts!
Thanking God for how the week has been! For family, relationships and friendships, He is indeed mindful of everything
Yes things may not go with way we “plan” for it to but allowing God work and leaving all your worries at his feet is always the best move for any situation you may have encountered. That was the major lesson learnt this past weeks and I hope we are able to put that into practice.
We always focus on the big picture that we forget to celebrate the small milestones we attain, this episode is just going to be a subtle reminder on that
Just back here with another life update also so thankful for all the support on our anniversary episode. God bless!
Can’t believe it’s been a year already!!!! Looking back all I can say is thank you to God for always helping me and thank you to everyone that has supported this podcast in any way. I love you all so so so much!
This week was going good until I fell my own hand, we’re all work in progress and this is just a reminder that as human beings we would mess up sometimes we just have to make changes and do better
I’m just here to report myself especially because I have been doing a terrible job at balancing life
I haven’t been the best these past days but God really shocked me and sent people to help me out!!
I can’t be the only one that gets excited about weddings, it’s my friend wedding’s today and I’m just sooo happy for her and the new life she’s about to start….Enjoy!!!
This episode is me just showing up and trying soo hard to stick to my New Year’s resolution
It feels so amazing going back to fitness and being able to do it while worshipping and praising!! I found a gospel workout playlist and I am pumped guys!!
The Bible is filled with so many promises from God, sometimes we get carried away with life that we forget to hold on to those promises and His ability to fulfill it. This episode just reminds us of the reason why He is definitely going to fulfill it we just need to be patient and put in the work!
We all have that phase in our Christian journey where praying becomes an actual task that’s hard to keep up with, this isn’t a justification for anything this is just me making you aware that you’re not alone. It happens to everyone we just have to keep pushing and pushing and with the help of the Spirit it’ll get better.
This is just an insight to the anxiety and worry I’ve been experiencing with everything happening in the country today.
Started this episode with a lot of thanksgiving which wasn’t what I intended then I entered into my struggle for this week which was discipline, also celebrated my small wins around the same issue.
This marks the beginning of a new series where I talk about different challenges I face personally as a Christian. This week was my health!
It’s the final episode of the month and I’m here with a reminder to just take it easy, even if things aren’t looking the way we want them to. We have a greater purpose let’s not allow the things around us shift our focus from what really matters
There’s always a thin line between pushing yourself so in a new year or just playing it safe with an excuse, I’ve noticed that the layer is my shade and thank God for opening my eyes to see what I had been doing all this time
High five to a year of consistency, gratefulness, strength, successes and many more that we can’t even imagine!!
It’s a new year people of God!!! Happy new year to everybody and I hope you’re having an amazing time already. This is just me talking about some resolutions I have put in place this new year and how I plan on being more consistent with ltg…
I finally recorded on a Tuesday, this might seem small but it’s a huge deal for me cause it’s really been bad keeping up with the days. Listen and enjoy another life update from me…
Trust naza to always pick the part of God she wants to know but trust God more to always keep revealing himself to us in every way we need to know.

When life, school, relationships try to weaken my physical, emotional and mental body Abba is there constantly bringing me back up and helping
On this episode I talk about Minister Victoria Orenze’s new album and other random stuff
Randomly popped into the triumph30 app for the first time this month and trust Abba to welcome me with a grand shade…
Today’s service really thought me what TRUE prayer is. It is a time to come to your Father with true vulnerability and honesty allowing Him help you where you need help and strengthen where you need strength. Today’s episode was a practical step in that direction…
School is trying to choke me out of my assignment BUT that is not going to happen!! Welcome to my mini rant about school and how amazing spontaneous worship sessions can be
Feels like I’m on a constant struggle with balancing everything but the joy of it is I have a personal Guide who is always willing and patient enough to see me grow
There is one gospel, we serve one God and we are one body of Christ. Church names or titles shouldn’t stop the unity
God is so mindful of every single one of us and it’s funny how he has put so many things in my life to keep me in check even when I do not want to be
There has been more focus on consecration than usual especially through songs. I know He is doing this to prepare me for what’s next…
Attending our church program just reminded me how amazing my church is like how everyone actually acts like a family and they all want to see you attain your full potential and be all God wants you to be. I LOVE CELEBRATION CHURCH!!!
Protection was the major prayer point for this week and I trust that by His grace all has been sorted out…
Reflecting back on the week and just being extra grateful for everything I have in my life!
School this week has been a lot!! So this episode is a mixture of ranting and clarification cause I had a dream that made me really scared at first but was later explained by the Holyspirit…
Weekly update on how I’m still trying to find a balance on how I spend my day at least I’m less stubborn now thanks to Him so it’s easier to follow His leading
Naza back with another weekly update this week has been a GOOD week and I’m truly grateful to God for it. Thank you for listening…
