Hey friends! I have a quick, easy, delicious recipe to share with you: Banana Swirl! Banana Swirl is made from frozen bananas. It's a great way to use bananas that are overripe. Peel and freeze very ripe bananas. Put frozen bananas into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth. This makes a great treat to satisfy your sweet tooth or your craving for ice cream. If you haven't subscribed to the podcast, subscribe so that you get recipes like this and more! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients. Let batter rest for a few minutes to allow the oats to absorb the moisture.
