Meet Carmen a marathon runner and fitness enthusiast, who just two years ago looked and felt very different to how she presents today. At the start of her Instagram page fat2fitmama is a picture of Carmen 60 kilos heavier and feeling unhappy with herself. She reached a stage in her health journey where she didn’t just decide to change, she determined to change. She committed to whatever extremes necessary to get control of her life. She quickly shed the weight, hit the gym and set herself impossible fitness challenges. All of which she has accomplished and more. Currently in training for the full Sydney marathon having now competed in many half marathons and winning the F45 challenger of the year competition, Carmen isn’t planning on slowing down anytime soon.
