Having clear goals is the key to knowing the destination for your business and as cake artists, but, are your goals aligned with who you are today? Are they still as valid as when you sat them at the beginning of the year?
It is time to check those goals and see what is working and what is not, and also see how far you´ve come.
Ask yourself:
- Why do I want this?
- Why is it important?
- How is this goal aligned with who I am now?
- How does this goal serve me and my purpose or the purpose of my cake business?
- Is it still relevant?
- Do I really want it?
- Do I want more?
- Do I want less?
- What has changed?
- What is the true reason for working towards this goal and is it worth it and relevant now?

- What needs to be done today?
- What tasks are urgent?
- What tasks are important but not urgent?
- Can I delegate any of these tasks?
- Can I remove any of these tasks from my to-do list?
