The AIHL finals weekend has wrapped up, and Steven is back with Andrew to give a recap of all the weekend's action with some at the rink insight from Andrew.
CBR Brave coach Stu Philps is our special guest this week as he looks back on leading the Brave to the Goodall Cup.
It's AIHL Finals weekend, and ahead of the finals, Gordon and Andrew break down the finals and give their predictions, while passing on Steven's predictions as well who was absent this week.
Gordon and Andrew also talk a little bit about the IIHF Women's World Championship. Brendan Connors from the Melbourne Mustangs is our special guest this week.

Another week, another episode of Steven and Gordon talking about Australian hockey and some discussion about the IIHF Women's World Championship that may be quite rant-filled in nature as it relates to the lack of an easy accessible broadcast for most of the world.
The first period sees Gordon and Steven talk about the weekend's AIHL action and features some audio from Ice Dogs player Cameron Todd, who spoke to Steven after the game. The second period (20:00) sees Gordon talk to Sydney Bears captain Brian Funes. In the third period (46:37), Gordon and Steven talk about the IIHF Women's Worlds taking place from August 25 (AEST) to September 5 (AEST).
Back for another week, and Gordon has returned from his upper body injury to join Steven once again.
The first period starts the show by giving a wrap of the weekends action, and taking an overall look at the PHL's inaugural season.
The second period (18:20) has Gordon sitting down for a chat with Rob Malloy of the Newcastle Northstars to talk about a number of different topics both on and off the ice.
In the third period (47:45), Steven and Gordon talk about the IHA announcing a 3 game series between Australia and New Zealand in Melbourne, and what that might mean going forward for the future of Australian Ice Hockey.
Steven is back for another week and riding solo this time around, strictly focusing on the PHL this week. The bulk of this episode is an interview with Adelaide Avalanche captain Joey MacDougall, ahead of the Walker Cup final against the Melbourne Ducks. Steven then ends the episode by giving their thoughts on the Cup final, and what to expect this weekend.
Another shorter episode this week as we review the weekends AIHL and PHL action. Gordon is out of action with an undisclosed upper body injury (don't worry, he's fine), so we got Andrew Macdougall to join the podcast with Steven. Andrew is one of the ice hockey writers at The Inner Sanctum, and the two discussed a couple of the articles Andrew is working on as well.
