However, bad habits, changes in weight, and stress may be the main contributors to this. All of these elements may ultimately result in hormonal imbalance, which may interfere with the menstrual cycle. But thanks to Shilajit's abundance of vital vitamins and minerals. An allergy that occurs in a particular season is known as hay fever. This fever usually arises when your immune system overreacts to an outdoor allergen such as pollen. The most common types of allergens are pollen from wind-pollinated plants such as trees, grasses, and weeds.

The pollen from the pollinated plants is too massive to remain airborne for long and they are less likely to trigger an allergic reaction. Seasonal allergies arise less during the winter season.

Different plants erupt respective pollen at different times of the year. Relying on the allergy triggers and the place you live, you might experience hay fever in more than one season.

A new medical study originated nasal sprays that provided relief from allergic rhinitis, this was advised to only 26% of the 571 patients needing it. Later, it was also found that only four out of the 1030 patients were bestowed with allergy vaccines that can provide relief for up to six months.

This was said by the author of the study and the allergy specialist Dr. Wiqar Sheikh blames the shortage of allergy specialists for this epidemic of poor treatment.

The study that was recently published in the Journal of Evolution of Medical and Dental Sciences, says about 1030 patients who were earlier treated for their allergies by specialists ranging from dermatologists to surgeons. "Since the sufferers were not doctored by the allergy specialist, only half of the asthma patients had been advised to use inhalers previously.

Further, more than 90% of patients have been prescribed a drug that will prevent wheezing even though it was not felt to be needed", said Dr. Shaikh, a professor at state-run JJ Hospital in Byculla. He is a trusted allergist/immunologist in Grant Road East, Mumbai. You can meet him personally at Allergy and Asthma Clinic in Grant Road East, Mumbai.

Tropical and subtropical regions of the world are where aloe vera plants can be found.

Both its decorative and therapeutic uses are valued by people.

For thousands of years,

people have treasured this liliaceae family member for its numerous therapeutic and reparative abilities.

Why should one use aloe vera for skin and hair?

The abundance of vitamins, minerals, and other components connected to hair growth that aloe vera contains is cited by proponents of using it to maintain healthy hair. They claim these characteristics are evidence of its capacity to support thick, healthy hair. A typical houseplant with therapeutic effects on the skin is aloe vera. Aloe vera can help hydrate skin when applied to the face. Applying aloe vera on the face regularly can assist with several skin issues, including acne, eczema, and sunburn.
Benefits of aloe vera for your skin:

  1. Good for sunburns and skin injuries: By promoting collagen production and cross-linking, aloe vera gel relieves sunburns and skin damage. This speeds up wound healing and lessens any ensuing scar tissue. Aloe also includes substances known as aloin and anthraquinones, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain and encourage healing.

2. Hydrates and moisturises your skin: Aloe vera is regarded to be especially helpful for dry skin types as it contains humectants, which draw water from the air or deeper inside the skin. Particularly in aloe, mucopolysaccharides are present that help the skin retain moisture. Fusing flaking epidermal skin cells also has cohesive effects that make the skin softer and more cohesive.

  1. Fades dark spots and stretch marks: Aloesin and aloin are two aloe chemicals that may lighten stretch marks and dark patches. In one study, aloesin was reported to help reduce UV-induced and post-acne hyperpigmentation when applied four times daily for 15 days. According to a different study, aloin destroys melanin cells in pigmented cells by inhibiting the action of tyrosinase, the enzyme that produces melanin (and whose overproduction results in dark patches appearing).

The term "arthritis" refers to joint inflammation. Inflammation is characterised by pain, heat, redness, and swelling. Rheumatism is a condition characterised by pain and inflammation in joints, muscles, and connective tissue. Most inflammatory illnesses that affect the spine, muscles, tendons, bones, and joints are commonly referred to as "arthritis."

Arthritis comes in more than 140 different forms. Osteoarthritis, sometimes known as "wear and tear" or "degenerative" arthritis, is the most prevalent kind. Osteoarthritis affects nearly all persons over the age of 60 and almost everyone over the age of 80. It happens as a result of mechanical failure in the joints' affected structures. The knees, hips, and spine are the major weight-bearing joints where this typically occurs. Except for the big toe, it frequently affects the hands but infrequently the feet or ankles. Osteoarthritis rarely affects the wrist, elbow, shoulder, or jaw, unless it occurs as a result of an injury or stress.

The body's immune system alterations lead to rheumatoid arthritis. The immune system of the body sometimes targets its tissues, in this case, the tissue of the joints, for unknown reasons. The synovial membrane that lines the joints, in particular, becomes inflamed as a result of this auto-immune reaction. Due to the overproduction of synovial fluid (joint fluid) brought on by inflammation, the joints swell and hurt as a result. Joint abnormalities may result from the treatment if the cartilage and other soft tissues are damaged.

Some animal research implies that noni may have anti-inflammatory properties. In fact, "pain killer" was one of the traditional titles for noni in the Caribbean. According to a study, participants with joint and neck discomfort who drank 15 ml of noni juice every morning and evening saw a 60% reduction in their pain.

Our hair and scalp require hydration and nutrients to be healthy-looking and feeling, just like our skin. The foundation of our hair care regimen is made up of shampoo and conditioner, but have you considered adding a leave-in product for a little additional tender loving care? Learn everything there is to know about hair cream and other leave-in treatments as well as how to incorporate them into your routine by reading on.

A leave-in style cream known as a "hair cream" helps manage hair while nourishing and moisturizing it. Hair cream is a leave-in treatment, which means that it normally has a lighter consistency than a hair mask. This is the fundamental distinction between a hair cream and a hair mask. Hair masks are significantly thicker and made to be removed from the hair after a brief development period in the shower. Think of a hair cream as the facial moisturizer it would be if you applied one, and a hair mask as a face moisturizer you would wipe off or rinse off. We use both, but for different purposes and with distinct application techniques.

Both hair creams and hair masks are intended to feed and moisturize the hair, keeping it manageable, therefore they have advantages in common. However, since hair creams can be left in the hair, they also assist in smoothing down the strands and preventing them from becoming static during the styling process or throughout the day, which is something we all occasionally need on a bad hair day. This is especially true when caring for your hair in winter. They may also keep those ringlets appearing bouncy and full while adding definition to naturally curly hair. Although hair creams lack the firming capabilities of hair wax and gels due to the lack of styling polymers, they can nevertheless help manage frizz, keep the hair in place, keep it from becoming static, and keep the hair feeling soft and silky smooth.

Diabetes can occasionally be quite challenging to control. As a result, every diabetes patient must keep an eye on their food because you never know what can cause your blood sugar to spike. Which juices for diabetes patients should we include in managing blood sugar levels? is the question that now emerges.

As we all know, the juices that are widely available on the market are loaded with sugars and artificial sweeteners. They lack fiber, which can cause a significant rise in blood sugar. As a result, if you want to include some nutritious and best juices for diabetes patients in your diet, you've come to the correct spot. In this article we will be showing you how ayurvedic juices can help control your blood sugar levels and what are these juices:

  1. Giloy Tulsi Juice: Giloy, often known as amrita—the source of immortality—is a plant with the scientific name Tinospora cordifolia. The plant's leaves are crucial in regulating blood sugar levels and managing diabetes. Thanks to the antioxidants that fight harmful free radicals, it is a fantastic plant for boosting immunity. The herb also regulates glycemia in the body by acting as an immunomodulatory. It is a natural anti-diabetic drug that reduces sugar cravings. Additionally, it increases the pancreas's production of beta cells. As a result, insulin and glucose levels in the blood are smoothly regulated. Giloy also aids in digestion, which is important for regulating blood sugar levels.

  2. Amla Juice: Amla juice can reduce blood sugar levels while also increasing immunity. There is a lot of vitamin C in this fruit. It contains a lot of chromium, a mineral that controls how carbohydrates are metabolized and aids diabetics in avoiding a surge in blood sugar levels. Additionally, amla juice improves digestion and lowers the risk of heart disease. It enhances kidney and liver health. You can drink 10 to 20 ml of diluted amla juice in half a cup of water every day.

3. Bitter gourd juice: On an empty stomach, you can have 30 ml of bitter melon juice also known as karela juice each morning. If you can't eat it raw, you can use it to make straightforward oil-free meals. With regular use of bitter gourd juice, you can lower your blood sugar level, making it one of the finest treatments for diabetes.

Polypeptide-p, which functions similarly to insulin and aids in decreasing blood sugar, is included in karela juice. Additionally, it has vicine and charantin, which have blood sugar-lowering properties. It strengthens your immune system, guards against infections, delays ageing, and lowers your body's LDL (low-density lipoprotein, or bad cholesterol) levels. Additionally, it aids in weight loss and is good for your eyes' health.

Ayurveda is a 6000 years old ancient scientific wisdom, which emphasizes healing the body through its holistic approach i.e. healing the whole body by incorporating a balance of physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Ayurveda means Ayu+ Veda – “Aayushah Vedah Ayurveda”

Ayu stands for Life

Veda stands for Study/Knowledge

So Ayurveda translates to study / Science of life.

Aims of Ayurveda-

  1. “Swasthasya Swaasthya Rakshanam” -Maintaining the health of a healthy individual (Preventive health)
  2. “Aturasya Vikara Prasamanam” -Healing the diseased (Curative aspect)

Ayurveda stresses on prevention of diseases rather than waiting to fall sick and then treating the disease.

Healthy lifestyle practices, seasonal regimens, right food combinations, good code of conduct, community health, rejuvenation therapies, detox panchakarma, etc. are a few aspects in this regard.

Treating a disease condition depends on multiple factors like doshas involved (by correcting the tridosha imbalance), Desa(region), Kala (season), Roga Bala (chronicity of the disease), Rogi Bala (physical strength of the patient), the mental health of the patient, Prakriti (unique body constitution), etc..

With the seasonal changes, many things go through a change around us. Our wardrobe changes from light summer clothes to thick and furry winter clothes, our skincare routine changes, changes, adding a few extra steps of moisturizing and so do our eating habits. But what about our hair? That’s right, our hair can often get neglected. It is equally important for our hair to get special treatment like others because:

● The dry weather can dry your hair, making it more prone to breakage

● It can dehydrate your hair

● Make your scalp dry, cause dandruff

● Can cause hair fall

These can be a few reasons your hair needs special attention, especially in winter. Many international brands sell products for hair care, but they harm your hair. The high level of chemicals and parabens can damage your luscious locks. So, how do you provide your hair with the special treatment that it needs? That’s right, with the help of Ayurveda. Ayurvedic treatment has been in practice for over 3000 years. It has no side effects since it is completely natural. Let’s have a look at a few Ayurvedic tips that will cause healthy hair:

1. Oiling your hair: It becomes extremely necessary to oil your hair during winter. Oiling provides your roots with nourishment, makes them strong, conditions your hair, and helps with dry scalp and dandruff. Depending on your preferences, you can try using castor oil, coconut oil or bhringraj oil.

Heat some oil and gently massage it into the root and along the hair length and keep it overnight. Wash your hair with any natural shampoo, one that is sulphate and silicone-free. We recommend the Vitro Aloe-Jojoba shampoo by Vitro Naturals. It is a haircare shampoo with no parabens or chemicals that might harm your hair.

2. Conditioning your hair: Washing your hair with shampoo takes away all the moisture and leaves you with dry scalp, frizzy hair which can lead to hair fall and split ends. Condition your hair with Vitro Herbal Hair Conditioner to avoid such dry scalp. It is one of the best hair conditioners, completely herbal and locks all the nourishment needed by your hair. It contains ingredients like rosemary, aloe vera, hibiscus, and bhringraj that make your hair shiny. The Vitro Herbal Hair Conditioner also protects your hair from sun damage.

Apply 2 finger lengths of conditioner to wet hair after shampoo along the hair lengths. Keep it for 5-7 minutes and rinse off with cool water.

3. Applying Hair Mask: In this dry season, the key to maintaining healthy hair is nourishment. The more you nourish your hair, the better it is and what is the best way to nourish your hair you ask? Hair masks, that’s right. Aloe vera gel is very hydrating in nature. You can use aloe vera gel as a hair mask. Apply the gel to your scalp and roots, massage it nicely into the roots. Keep it on for 20 minutes and wash your hair with a gentle shampoo.

4. Ayurvedic Juices: While all the conditioners and hair masks provide your hair external nourishment, we say Ayurvedic juices such as amla juice to be very beneficial for hair growth. Amla, or Indian Gooseberry, is used to treat hair loss and stimulate the growth of hair. Try Vitro’s Amla Juice from Vitro Naturals. We recommend taking 30ml of the juice daily, twice before food, for at least 6 months.

Choosing nightwear is just like selecting a pound of cake, but the fact is, finding the one that suits all your wants can be as meticulous as picking an evening dress. Therefore, good sleep is influenced by good sleepwear.

You want something simple, functional yet fashionable, and of course luxurious. If you're searching for all-in-one nightwear for women, we would like to invite you to look at this list to narrow down your options and help you make the right purchase.

So, here are seven things that matter.

● Comfort

Comfort is the sovereign for any clothes you’re going to be wearing to bed. Cozy sleepwear not only makes it enjoyable to the layout but also ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted. Anything that makes you toss and turn in the mattress has got to go. The exact goes for anything fussy. If the collar is difficult, or the buttons just come undone by themselves, or if the adjustable is too tight or too loose, get rid of it. While shopping for the right sleepwear, think of the qualities you like the best and feel the most comfortable in.

● Fabric

Sleepwear is composed of various materials, some of them have a mixed texture, and you can determine which fabric suits your lifestyle. Cotton is the most widespread material because of its lightweight and breathable properties. However, this fabric does not insulate heat very well and can lower your body temperature during colder days. Flannel is famous for its warmth, but it cannot be worn in warmer places due to its heavy texture. One of the best choices is silk fabric, made from natural fiber. This material maintains the body temperature in both cold and warm climates. The satin substance skids on your skin and gives off an elegant element in your sleepwear. Invest and purchase sleepwear that would not irritate your skin.

● Fit

If you are planning to buy luxury sleepwear online, then take a good time to view the size table and make sure you've checked the lengths before purchasing. Since ladies have different body types, choose pajama styles that will complete your body. Apple-type bodies will look decent in high-waisted bottoms and Pear ones should take the contrary route. Well, silky sleepwear can fit any silhouette.

● Sleepwear Style

Who says you have to toss out style for your sleepwear? With so many stylish prints and patterns, it can express your personality in different ways. Be classy and nominate the solid-toned coordinates. Enjoy the burst of coloring patterns in fun animated prints for a youthful twist. Choose it well so you can wear it outdoors too.

● Longevity

Invest in sleepwear that will remain with you for a longer duration, something that wouldn't easily wear off or go out of style. How to distinguish which dress will endure over time? Try to avoid synthetic fabrics and at best, choose handmade garments because they are given more attention than the produced pieces. Each garment is carefully tested to perfection so that you can enjoy your purchase for as long as you can.
