Brenda is not usually one to talk about herself,  but was once told to put herself out there, so here she is. She's a woman who carries her heart on her sleeve and her passion in her soul.

She's been married to her handsome, supportive husband, Nathan for 9 years and they have a beautiful almost 8 year old daughter named Kamryn. They are her world, they have her heart.

Brenda was diagnosed with a mental illness shortly after having her daughter, and quickly realized that was a gift. She also realized that taking care of her body physically was not number one, it was her brain, and she had a huge shift internally. Having the opportunity to lead women in fitness and wellness and creating wellness retreats is something she's truly grateful for, as all of the connection and drops of sweat ignites something in herself. When she sees it in another’s eyes and watches their face light up, that is one of her proudest moments. It rewards her to see people smile and light up from the inside out. Empowering women and collaborating with community is where she's meant to be on her life journey. She is so grateful for the opportunity and connection.

Mary LeBreton, founder of Orthos Media Management! A prior career hopper who found passion amidst the pandemic in digital marketing.    Her favourite thing is laughing, it’s almost like a hobby. If that’s making someone else laugh or making herself laugh. .. What she's found is marketing businesses is simple when you’re having fun. Through content days, reels and capturing the raw behind the scenes, the honesty within your business will create huge trust with consumers.   Her personality has always been strong, she makes no apologies for that, though, when she was younger it was clouded by the need to “fit in”. Now, engulfing herself in the unique possibilities of the marketing world is endless! Naturally she was drawn to marketing because the last thing she wanted was to fit in.   Consistently thinking outside of the box or just plain burning it down is the best way to market. She will help your business do that and will also make you laugh along the way. Laughing is always free!   Orthos Media Management offers many packages designed to suit diverse business budgets! They exceed the marketer stereotype by genuinely caring about your overall outcomes and care to truly reach your goals.

On the journey of life, Olivia Rose is recording a soundtrack – putting her emotional truth into heartfelt, relatable songs that mirror our feelings, formative experiences, and fondest memories.

Growing up in her hometown of Elk Point, Alberta, Olivia Rose was surrounded by the sounds of country legends like Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton, along with influences of current superstars Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift.

Songwriting and performing since 8 years old gave Olivia Rose the confidence to use defining moments to fuel her career. Performing on the intermission stage for George Strait led to opening for some of Canada’s best: Dan Davidson, Brett Kissel, and Aaron Pritchett. Participation as a Finalist in the intensive Project WILD competition in 2018 followed, and attendance at artist development program, Canada’s Music Incubator in Toronto. Olivia Rose has recently been honoured with a nomination for Rising Star at the 2020 Country Music Alberta Awards. She has also received recognition from her adopted home city Edmonton, including winning the Edmonton Music Awards’ Rising Star Award for two consecutive years, the Edmonton Mayor’s Youth Award, and a nomination for Country Recording of the Year in the 2019 EMAs.

Olivia Rose’s latest single, “Gold” marked her second collaboration with Juno and CCMA Award-winning producer Bart McKay. This “Head first, falling for someone you know is the real thing, no-strings-attached love song,” is now in regular rotation on CBC Country/Sirius XM as well as secondary radio stations across Canada.

Taking time during the pandemic to hone her songwriting abilities and co-write with many talented writers, Olivia Rose has been hard at work writing for her upcoming project, a full length album set to start recording in late 2021. This steadfast country artist has found a means of connection with her fans through her charming nature, unabashed honesty, and will continue to show the world what she has to offer with her music.

For approximately 30 minutes we giggled a lot but also talked about some serious issues, like the meaning of international daughter's day. You can even listen along with your kiddos:)

Jordan Gagnon is a beautiful, kind, smiley, young lady. She is a young woman on a mission to bring awareness to rare disease while uplifting others.

She is one of only 70 kids with a condition called G.A.N. (Giant Axonal Neuropathy). Jordan and her family are on a mission to find a cure for not only her rare condition but also to bring awareness to the other 7,000 rare diseases.

Jordan’s story has inspired her to create a collection of crewneck sweaters and hoodies with “I am” affirmations for youth and adults.

For the month of September, we are going to work with the Gagnon's and try to spread as much awareness as possible as well as provide them with another platform to sell their sweaters on. We will be selling these crew necks and hoodies on our online shop and simply act like a distributor. This means all money collected from the sale of their apparel will go directly to the Gagnon’s where they will donate 20% from this collection to rare research and treatment.

We encourage you to visit ‘Going with the Gagnons’ Facebook and Instagram pages to learn more of Jordan’s story and to follow along their family’s journey❀

You will fall in love and be incredibly inspired by this amazing young woman!!!
