They interview newsmakers and share their insiders’ knowledge about the interplay of Catholic social teaching and civic issues in our state.
Dan Kennedy is joined by his new co-host Rebecca Anderson. Rebecca has been working with Sacred Heart Radio as Community Outreach Coordinator for several years, and then as Sponsorship Coordinator. She has been active in the Pro-Life movement and was the recipient of a volunteer award from Healing the Culture in 2022.
This week's guest is Katie McMahon, one of the founders of Shiloh IVF Ministries. Born out of her family's experience using Invitro Fertilization and the difficult decisions it created, Katie shares how Shiloh walks with couples as they reflect post-IVF, working through feelings of guilt and confusion. Shiloh IVF Ministries focuses on honoring the life created, education about the process, and lovingly offering options for healing.
Dan Kennedy talks with sisters Michele Smith and Rose Fenchel the last two of seven children, born 11 months apart to financially destitute parents who recently learned they both survived abortions.
As their mother reached her 90s she finally shared with them the long held secret, that her doctor prescribed a chemical abortion protocol in each pregnancy. Michele and Rose now share their story with various pro life groups, sharing the knowledge that God has a rich plan for each and every life.

Mayra Rodriguez is a former Planned Parenthood Center Director in Arizona who blew the whistle on egregious deficiencies and mismanagement at her affiliate. She worked for Planned Parenthood in Arizona for 17 years, rising to the position of managing several affiliates, and even received Planned Parenthood’s Employee of the Year award in 2016. When she was abruptly fired in October 2017, she filed a wrongful termination lawsuit, claiming her employer unjustly fired her because she was reporting instances of critical safety and health-related violations.

Katie Glenn serves as Government Affairs Counsel at Americans United for Life. She works with legislators, pro-life and pro-family groups to enact pro-life laws at the state and federal level.
Katie writes and testifies on all of AUL’s issue areas across the United States. She is an associate editor of Defending Life, and plays an integral role in AUL’s growing advocacy in Latin America. She contributes to AUL’s active amicus brief practice, including the brief AUL filed on behalf of 228 Members of Congress in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health.
Prudence serves as Communications Associate for the SBA List team. In her role, she coordinates interviews with SBA List spokeswomen, in addition to serving as one herself.
