Spirit speaks through messages mixed into the mundane and the everyday. Today I had the pleasure of dropping in with Kevin McNee, a friend and brother. Kevin shared with me beautiful stories of choosing to see the messages that were being given to him. What medicine it was to relate and find pieces of myself within his stories.

Dropping in today with my brother Daniel Cherniske, creator of the intro and outro music debuting this episode! Daniel is a father, poet, musician, and guide. Today before we hit record, I asked a very simple question, 'How are you?'. The answer I recieved was mindful, soulful, and real...it was the exact thing that needed to happen to drop us both into a very real and raw conversation between two brothers, sharing their stories. Daniel's energy immediately spoke soul fam to me.

Today I had the pleasure of dropping in with Sam Gibbs Morris. Sam was born and raised in Vermont where he was a competitive tennis player, golfer, and skier. He attended Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina where he studied Sports Management and played #1 on the tennis team. A move to Miami, FL prompted a career change and began a 10-year stint in the field of commercial real estate. Upon moving to San Francisco in 2013, Sam decided to follow a long-time passion of his and become a personal trainer. In 2017, expand his wellness practice to include personal development coaching which has in turn evolved into the field of men’s work. Sam's mission is to create a safer world for the feminine by healing the masculine. In addition to his group and 1-1 men’s coaching, he is a TEDx Speaker, author, and thought leader.

Masculine alchemy meets psilocybin. My guest today is Mike Brancatelli. He is the host of the Mikeadelic podcast, he leads men's circles in Denver, CO, and is a student of psilocybin and other plant medicines, soaking up their wisdom. Today Mike shares a bit of that wisdom with us through his own journey. We talk about the pandemic and the growth edges we've encountered while navigating the waters of differing opinions, living from a place trust in the All, and so much more. From the infinite to the finite, it's all simply a game.

What a day of connection as I dropped in with my brother, Adam Bear! The challenges of being a father have felt overwhelming to me most when I feel like I'm experiencing it alone. Today Adam and I were able to connect on so many fronts and remind me that I (you) am not the only one who has experienced intense emotions and I'm not wrong for feeling them. There are so many more bits of gold within this episode, I hope you enjoy!

Man, is my daughter my biggest teacher. She has helped facilitate a tremendous amount of growth and change within me over this last year. Anger and frustration are two emotions she has shown me I didn't have as great of a handle on them as I thought I did and that I really didn't know what I needed in the moments when they come up.  What I needed: words of encouragement.

'The work' can be ambiguous. It can be hard to fully grasp sometimes and so I wanted to share a story of what it looks like in every day life. Yesterday, Lilah and I went to the grocery store and as Spirit would have it, I was given the beautiful opportunity to embody the higher version of me that I am. Respond > React.

Dropping in with my brother from Lion Heart of Convergence VI, Elijah Bishop, brought out so many beautiful pieces of medicine. In this episode we talk about the power of embodied presence and love, and how profound of an impact just those two things can have. We also drop in on fatherhood, the challenges that come with being a dad, and the beautiful lessons learned along the way. We talk about a handful of other things too that you'll have to listen to find out. I hope you enjoy the conversation we had, I know I loved every second of it.
