Olivia Hurd talks about the Nyingma Institute as a volunteer for one of its women-led meditation groups. In a practice and Buddhist tradition founded solely by men, Olivia explores the value of accepting differences between genders but also acceptance of them as necessary for a holistic approach to spiritual practice.
After going through spiritual experiences that awakened her to the need to heal her masculine energies, Sorren Caryl says she had a spiritual awakening that broke up the doldrums and Groundhog Day life she was living. Now she's turned into a Soulful Living Coach, hoping to encourage and inspire others to live authentically, awakened and whole.
