Wrestle Think is a podcast which is hosted by a Father & Son. Luke (age 11) is our resident wrestling expert and Dad (Andrew) loves talking to Luke about the things he loves, which is primarily wrestling! We will talk about wrestling most of the time, but will probably drop into rock music, and the things we love. Hopefully there will be a few interviews too. Everybody is fuming after big Drew lust at clash at the castle in Glasgow. Once again he was cheated out of a victory and this time it was in Scotland, just like when it happened in Wales. If there’s another clash at the castle, surely nobody will bother going to watch it because we all know how it’s going to go. Could this be the end of this podcast because the love for wrestling has fallen through the floor.
In this episode Luke tells us about his upcoming concert, the first one with his band radio addicts. This is taking place on Friday, the 17th of May 2024 at definitely may be bar in Bolton. And prediction is that priest will cash in his money in the bank Briefcase and stop drew from winning the world championship which will set up the opportunity for big Drew to get revenge at clash in the castle in Scotland later in the summer. In this episode Luke and his dad talk about the recent number one album that the lottery winners enjoyed, this was a culmination of a fantastic campaign and it felt lovely to be involved and part of something like that. Back to wrestling CM punk is returning to AEW soon, Wwe ticket prices are absolutely crazy, and are out of this world, especially the undertaker one-man show which is ridiculous, much too expensive to be able to buy tickets for. We appreciate FTR friends of the show and their fantastic recent tagteam match in AEW as ever we love MJF although we aren’t exactly sure why he has a particular nickname. It’s great to be back behind the microphone and chatting again after a short absence, this episode is recorded outside next to a fishing lake, and you may hear some bird song and some ducks quacking nearby– ha ha. We are reporting directly from the car as we leave the fan convention. For the love of wrestling, it has been amazing. We have met! The event was really really well organised, there was no trouble, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, it was a really really nice way to spend a day amongst other wrestling fans.

There is a lot to get through in this episode. Luke provides analysis of day one and day two of wrestlemania. It is fair to say we are all bored of Roman Reigns winning and retaining the championship belts with his pals cheating to get the result. This was a great opportunity for Roman to be dethroned which has been missed, the storyline is boring. However, Sammy and KO winning the tagteam belts against The Usos was brilliant. Charlotte Flaire was great, Logan Paul’s match was ace. Big Drew, Gunther, Seamus deliver the goods. Big Drew should still be champion it’s crazy that he is not. AEW coming to Wembley. Our 25th episode! Silver anniversary of podcasting. This episode of a Wrestle Think comes to you recorded live from the mega slam live wrestling event in Manchester in October 2022. We record from outside the venue before the event starts, at the interval and a plan of recording at the end was jeopardised as it turned out all of the trains home were cancelled, so we had to run to a train station to get on the train so the wrap-up of this episode is recorded a few days later, hope you understand. CM punk has become the champion, CM punk has shouted his mouth off and upset lots of people, causing a fight. CM punk is no longer champion despite winning it. There is a tournament to create the next AEW champion. It is all happening in AEW! Meanwhile wwe send fans home sad at the end of clash at the castle. MJF is back and is awesome. The wrestling night that did everything except send the fans home happy. Big Drew lost because Roman cheated. Even if Roman was disqualified, and Big Drew didn’t win it would of been a better ending than Roman cheating to victory again. This is an episode with the audio ripped from the video that Luke made whilst in the car for the WrestleThink YouTube channel. It’s basically Luke and I chatting about, and kind of reviewing, WrestleFest Uk (Wrestle Fest UK) from Cardiff on Saturday. We tell it like it is. It was dreadful, overcrowded, dangerous, children and adults were upset, the staff didn’t know what they were doing, the communal areas were completely rammed with people, there was a bad atmosphere in there, it felt a bit dangerous and we thought that violence was going to break out at one point. It was not an environment suitable for children or those a older and a little frail. We were of course pleased that we endured the conditions to get to see Bret Hart and Tyson Fury but couldn’t of been more pleased to leave that place once the bolt on photo tickets had been used. No one checked our entrance tickets. They can’t have any idea how many people were in there. Big respect and thanks to the people working there who were doing their best, from what we could see they had not been told / trained for the event. Maybe others had a different experience. This is the special Jacob Reddy episode, being recorded live in our lounge Jacob plays three songs including new single “Brand New” and “Happy”. “Brand New” was only released two days before the day of this recording and Jacob has been on the promotional trial ever since with the record launch gig on Friday and a show in Chorley last night. Jacob and his father Anthony are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever wish to meet and it was so kind of them to head to our house for a chat and to play live, we are really lucky.
