On this episode of Pastor Guide LIVE, we wrapped up our Playbook series by talking about the need to Get Clear about what we believe and who we are as churches.
In this episode, Justin talked about mergers and strategic partnerships. We think that these partnerships are going to be critical for churches going forward as resources dwindle and culture shifts, we are going to have to work more closely together.
This week we talked about the need to get smaller and now all of the churches on the call today are smaller! Churches are going to need to figure out how to get people connected in smaller spaces for both deeper discipleship and preparation to deal with the challenges of cultural change and to create social support systems to empower people to be bold for their faith.
