Resilience has been the buzzword of the last few years. But what if becoming more resilient is actually doing more damage than good?
Ben is co-founder of The Adaptability Movement and NEXA Sports Performance. He was drafted to Sydney Swans in 2010 and just 12 months later got delisted without even playing a game. His dreams had been shattered and his story is one of ups, downs, revelations, adaptability and a great outcome.

Chris McHugh is a beach volleyballer who has won 2x Commonwealth Games Gold Medals, but he is much more than just a volleyballer. Mark is a well known media personality who is a former sports reporter for Channel 10. From a young age Mark was mixed up in drugs, alcohol and gambling. Having gone through challenging times dealing with addiction, Mark eventually ended up in rehab and losing his marriage and career. Mark is now on the other side of addiction and working with people to bring more awareness to addiction.
