Join us as we talk about double standards in relationships and how they affect our mental health. We are joined by the lovely and talented Ashley Namachanja as she shares her insight and tips.

This episode, we had a conversation with Namachanja Ashley Nasambu, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication student at Strathmore University heading to my fourth year. She is a member of Strathmore Mental Health Club and has written an article about misconceptions regarding MH. In high school, she was a member of the Counselling Club and had undergone training in 2015 from a USIU lecturer of psychology on how to help peers that are going through emotional trouble.

Join us as we talk about double standards in mental health, how they affect men's mental health, how to prevent these double standards and hear a male perspective on the statement "men are trash".

This week, we had a conversation with Mbugua Kibe, currently waiting to join 1st year in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He has been involved in mental health awareness for about 1½ years now, has some experience with therapy & can see how mental health comes in in relationships. He is an active member of the mental health club and has been part of webinars and panel discussions surrounding mental health topics.
