Kryptic Soulz is a podcast about all things horror. We review movies, TV shows, Books, Comics, anything that is within the horror genre.
Disclaimer: This episode was originally planned to be released in July 2023 as episode 13 was recorded back-to-back, but due to events beyond our control and just plain forgetting about it, it got over looked. But here it is for all to enjoy.
In this episode, we gather in the studio and give a tribute to Julian Sands. We also take a look at the movie Dayshift, starring Jamie Fox. Fox plays a vampire hunter who gets the crappy dayshift. We then give our two cents about the latest entry into the Scream franchise: Scream 6.
And as an added bonus, a musical interlude by The Hoff himself with True Survivor from the Fists of Fury soundtrack. Because we love our German audience. And we love everyone.
What was lost, is now found.
The long-awaited End of the Year Christmas episode is here. We talk about, at that time, the new movie The Mean One starring the great David Howard Thornton.
We also have music from Psychostick.
Then we get into the end-of-the-year round-up of things we saw the whole year. So sit back, relax, and enjoy this found gem.
Welcome to Episode 13, our lucky number.
Today Jeff and Dave catch up on what they've been watching.
And we ask ourselves what is the state of the horror genre. Is it disappearing, or will a comeback be coming soon? Join us as we ask ourselves the hard questions. But we have fun while doing it.
Buzzkill WarningBeen a rough few months, but things really took a dark turn in the last two weeks. This is nothing more than a therapy session. A cry out. A release of the pressure valve to help deal with an earth shattering revelation. If this is not your thing, no offense taken. Either way, we will eventually be back with more episodes.
Love you all
Here we are episode twelve, in this one we take a deep look at the new film M2GAN and how it's a better version of the Child's Play remake.
And Dave gives us his run down of Monstermania 53, and my harrowing encounter with The Nun.
All this and our usual banter, plus some great musical interlude. So delve in with us and let's have some fun.
And explain what happened to episode 11. Let's just say gotta love technology.
It’s a Christmas miracle…better late than never. In this episode, we get the gift of more quickie. Join your favorite creeper as he discusses a handful of Christmas movies you may not have heard of.
