Being a leader doesn't mean that we DO everything! And yet it can be tough when it just doesn't seem that people are getting the hint that they need to be serving each other. How can we help foster servant hearts within our group?
The Holy Spirit is the one who convicts of sin, and we play a role in His work! How much do we pursue people when there are red flags in their lives? How do we have a group where transparency and speaking the truth in love is common?
At least once a year I reach out to our Group members to ask how things are going for them. It's an anonymous survey, so how do you apply it to you?
We don't have to just endure this pandemic season! God is using it to draw us to Him and to each other for His glory!
Nov. 2 is on many folks minds, so should we talk about it? How should the church be involved in helping people think about our government? While there is much to be said about this, hopefully this is a helpful direction to help you!
