Jack describes how he took part in an emotion/soul painting workshop where you talk about your feelings and use this energy to paint those feelings, working through any difficult emotions by talking and expressing on a canvas. Veronique, entrepreneur & Mairead, former child actor, interview Alan Bradshaw, a stage/theater/acting coach. Alan has been coaching children for over twenty years, coaching as the Children's Dance Captain on Billy Elliot and Children's Director on School of Rock, both in London's West End.
